Beyond Disappointed.

Do better.

Interesting response trying to save face.

You sent me a cease and desist to silence me for sharing my experience on May 5th. That was an inappropriate and baseless attempt to intimidate me. And now that you're attempt to silence me did not work, you respond to my review months later, pathetic.

My initial comment was made one and a half months post-op when I was still hopeful. I waited close to a year before posting my review so I could speak to the full experience.

Based on my overall experience from beginning to now, I have absolutely no interest whatsoever in reaching out. This was a horrible experience from start to finish. My review is honest and reflects how I was treated. Others deserve to be informed. I truly regret choosing this clinic and hope others take my experience into consideration before making their decision.

I'm not the only patient of yours who has needed a revision. Do better.

Response from Dr. Campbell:
Hello. This review is the same as negative reviews you left on Google and Redditt despite excellent care and results. We remember you well and are genuinely sorry to hear that you’re feeling disappointed. At our practice, we are committed to providing exceptional care and results, and we take all patient concerns seriously. As you described procedure was a complex combination surgery. Our team completed this extensive surgery efficiently and your post-operative healing process was smooth and complication-free, and we maintained consistent follow-up communication for two months, including providing you with before-and-after images that demonstrated significant improvements. Regarding your concerns, the last post-operative photos from two months after surgery showed excellent results all around, though, as we discussed, some areas may not tighten 100%. Now, 10 months after surgery, we are truly surprised to read such a negative review, as it does not align with our impressions of how your surgery, healing, and overall results turned out. This also differs greatly from the positive feedback you previously shared, stating, *“Wow, what a difference, thank you!! It helps to see the comparison photos… I'm overall very happy with my results and looking forward to the final outcome.” We are always here to support our patients and are more than willing to work with you if refinements are needed. If you would like to discuss your concerns further, we would be happy to arrange a follow-up consultation to go over everything in detail. Please reach out to us directly, and we will gladly assist you. Best regards, Dr. Campbell

Beyond Disappointed

I really had high hopes for my surgery with Dr. Campbell. After a 100lb weight loss, I had a lot of lose skin that I wanted to removed. I had a very extensive list of surgeries here including my main priorities which was my back and arms. Unfortunately I don't believe these two areas are this doctor's forte. It seems that fat wasn't removed from my arms, it's essentially very similar to pre surgery, there really doesn't appear to be any difference. My arms are also two different sizes. When I voiced my concerns, they brushed me off and said it's just swelling, I knew it wasn't. My back still has very evident large rolls, I was told that this would all be removed with the surgery, how. The fat transfer to my buttocks are also still two different sizes, again I was also told that this was just swelling. I'm really disappointed, I spent so much money only to leave disappointed. I had realistic expectations and they couldn't deliver on that. I wish I had took the other review who said they weren't pleased with their arm lift seriously.

The positive? Seems that tummy tucks are his thing so there's that at least.

For context: I had surgery in April 2024.
