First Class Experience with the Whole Team

I contacted Dr serkan after hearing a few people I know had surgery recent him and was so impressed with there results, from the minute I contacted the team looking for a price for an arm lift to booking and arriving for surgery, every step was absolutely amazing. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with the most helpful nursing staff who spoke perfect English. I had my pre op tests and again everything was explained fully. The next morning I had my consultation with dr serkan Balta and he explained everything in great detail. Everything with surgery went absolutely perfect, after surgery dr serkan Balta checked me over and would be back the next day. I had swollen a bit in my arms which is totally normal and he wanted me to stay another day, I felt so at ease as I was not rushed out of the hospital.

On discharge the next day the driver collected me and took me the the hotel, the hotel stay was another amazing experience. The nurse also comes to the hotel daily to clean and change your dressings.

I honestly am so thankful to the whole team the experience was first class and would recommend him to everyone. The care and attention to detail is just fantastic.
