Consultation review - displayed openness and transparency

I saw Dr Tillo recently for a consultation about my arms - regarding body tite with another Dr which has not been a good experience. I was trying to explore other options. I have to say Dr Tillo is extremely gentle and personable and displayed authentic empathy towards me. He was honest and gave me a real 360 view of my options explaining everything clearly and taking the time to do this, which possibly made him late for his next client. I found him to be really honest and he also gave me the option of doing nothing. No hard sell here or false promises. He comes across as eminently competent - he’s a registered plastic surgeon. He also does psychological assessments for some patients whom he regards as benefitting from it. This is the first time I’ve ever come across someone who would care about that aspect of things. He would ( I believe) be perfectly happy to advise you not to have a procedure done if he believes you would not benefit from it. I think the reassuring thing about Dr Tillo is that you could feel ‘safe’ with him as he will be really honest with you about expected results. This breeds trust which is important in the arena of plastic surgery as it is potentially a high risk endeavour. I would feel safe with this Dr. He showed pictures of his work and displayed openness and transparency through the whole consultation. A really lovely man.
