I have lost 57 pounds over 11 years, I walk 3 miles 5 times a week and attend hot yoga class 3 times a week, but I was really not happy with my arms. I am 58 yrs old. I had breast reductions about 22 yrs ago, but my health insurance did not cover my side bra fat, so I had it done all at once.

I live in south Texas and the temperatures reach 3 digits, now I can shop for sleeveless dresses and blouses, and feel so much better when I see myself in the mirror during my yoga class and in family pictures, I can now wear medium tops. I do not want to change my appearance, I just want to look the best I can for myself.
