I had been waiting to do a BA for years! 15 years to be exact! Two of my friends recommended Dr. Nakamura at Accent on You in Texas. Dr. Nakamura did an exceptional job. I couldn't be happier with my results; however, my recovery has been extremely painful. At 4 weeks post-op, I started experiencing excruciating cramping on my right breast, so excruciating, I felt like making a run to the ER. I lost many hours of sleep. I had to sit upright the entire night to make it somewhat bearable. Only Valium would soothe the pain, but opted to stick with Advil for the sake of not feeling groggy in the morning. I addressed the issue to my PS twice, and he reassured me it was normal. I couldn't understand how that kind of pain was normal, but he reassured me it was. There was no capsular contracture. I am 4'10, 95 lbs, and was flat chested before the surgery. I could not even fill an "A" cup. For my body frame, I felt that 300 CCs would be more than enough for me still look natural, and it was! I love my breasts, but i never expected so much pain! It began from the bottom of the breast, then it radiated to the sides, and finally, around the areola. I suppose the pain makes sense since I was so flat and had very minimal fat to begin with. My skin is so stretched, the nerves are extremely irritated, and it was causing extreme cramping. Now I am 2 months post-op, and the cramping has subsided, although I still get shooting pains and some mild cramping from time to time. Has anyone else experienced this? I researched online but found very little information on this particular problem.

They look great I to have been experiencing pain and it tightness still but like you I was a 34a no tissue at all so the expanding is crucial for us and mine are 425cc hp I'll be glad when I get to my 4-6 month mark

Yes, I dream of getting to that mark lol...I want to feel myself again, although it's gotten a lot better this week. I can still feel the implants shift at times though, especially when I'm laying down and am holding my phone up to type lol

I'm Also experiencing pain, I'm 2 weeks post op and I get shooting pain on my left side only.
How long did it take for them to drop ?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing it. I saw them gradually start dropping on my 3rd week post-op but didn't see a major difference until just now, my 8th week. It's been a very slow process for me but I can really tell the difference now. They are already soft, but the doc said they will get even softer in the next month or so.
