Worst Experience Ever!

I only gave this 1 star because I had to. My rating for her is 0. I went in for a simple procedure (areola reduction) with a wish pic. My results turned out HORRIFIC! The scar tissue became very thick around my areolas. I was given no meds or after care instructions, only to wait 24 hours before taking s shower. Also 3 days (on a Saturday) after my procedure I got an infection where pus was oozing out around my areola. I immediately went ti the emergency room and they prescribed me an antibiotic and told me to follow up with my doctor. I immediately called her office but they were closed. I then called that Monday, spoke with her receptionist and she said Ms. Bootstaylor was out if the office and she can schedule me to see her assistant. I advised her of the infection and pain I was having and told her I only felt comfortable seeing the doctor (Bootstaylor). Her assistant tried to lie and say she wouldn’t be in the rest of the week. I wasn’t buying it. After I became persistent she then scheduled me to see the doctor.
At my appointment, she DID NOT ask me any questions concerning my infection, pain, or overall health. She immediately became defensive saying I should’ve called when it first happened. I advised her it happened on Saturday and that I did call but they were closed. I felt she was very rude and unprofessional. She continued to be defensive and after the back and forth wasn’t solving anything, I felt myself getting extremely upset so I started putting my clothes back on. She leaves the room and returns with my file, dismissing me as her patient.
Again my issue wasn’t addressed or even looked at. Thankfully the infection didn’t spread, get worst, and kill me. I filed a complaint against her with the Georgia Medical Board. I also Googled her and found her husband who “was” a doctor too had lost his license. Her bedside manners were horrible. Don’t let the title fool you. She is ghetto and ratchet!
