6 weeks post op today. I am so happy I did this for myself. I still swell mostly at the end of the day or after working out. I just started jogging again on the treadmill and trying to work my way back into weight lifting. Its a slow process but worth the results.

How hard was it to not work out?
Very hard! The first couple weeks I was too sore but at the 2 week mark I was ready to work out again!

You look gorgeous! So natural! Very smart to get back to the workouts. I worked out every day pre op and it was soooo hard to get back to it because I waited way too long. I didn't really start again until 12 weeks and I regret that!!

3 Weeks PO

3 weeks po and I am back to the gym walking on the treadmill. It feels good to get back into a routine and can't wait to do weights and run again but that will be a while. I have lost 3 pounds since surgery, I think its my muscle wasting away... I finally tried on my bikinis today and am loving my results. My PS did such a nice job. I started scar cream and silicone strips last week and can see a big difference already.

yes! that’s when I was standing straight and back to my normal routine like grocery shopping, etc. it just got better each week!

you look great! I am 16 days post opp and have a lot of tightness and still hunched over
I am still very tight feeling... that has not gotten better. You have to start making yourself walk upright :)

2 weeks

So I am feeling more normal again and actually went to the gym and walked on the treadmill today. I start to swell midday. I am starting scar therapy this week so hopefully it helps. Definitely loving my new flat belly more and more.
