Hi Ladies!

I've been browsing this sight for a couple of months now and I think it's time to start sharing my BA journey!! It's helped me so much and I hope sharing my experience can help one of you :) I am currently 23/ 5'4/ 115lbs with AA boobs. Yes, I am definitely a member of the itty bitty [RS bleep] committee. I do not own a single bra that fits. Going Bra shopping is traumatic! I'm reminded each time just how F* small my boobies are. So because none of my bras fit, I exclusively wear sports bras and bralettes. Getting a breast augmentation has always been in the back of my mind. I live a fairly busy life so i've been putting it off due to my concerns on downtime. Will the perfect time ever come?? I know this is a life changing decision but I've seriously wanted this for so long...I'm happy to share that I am having my operation in less than four days!!! It's surreal >.<

I have a pretty narrow chest so i'm getting 250cc HP in each breast. I had the absolute hardest time deciding my size. I was going back and forth on either 250cc and 275cc. Because I barely have any breast tissue, I'm scared the implant will look like two balloons on me. So i'm going conservative, 250cc. Before anyone goes off on me, I know that 25cc is not a significant difference. I think I'm just doing this to ease my mind. I initially wanted moderate+ profile but my PS said because i'm so narrow, the HP will fit better on my frame. I'm a bit nervous about it but he's performed thousands of operations so i'm going to trust him on this one.

Do any of you girls have suggestions on must have item in preparation for recovery after the surgery?
If any of you have similar stats, I would love to read your journey! :D

**My pictures are getting rejected when I try to attach the file. I'm I doing something wrong? I have a Mac. HELP!!

High profile is going to look great. That's what I'm getting too, as I also have a narrow chest! I've been shopping a lot for recovery items. So far, I have: -wedge pillow -neck pillow for the ride home (3.5 hours, ugh, it's going to be a miserable drive) -bed tray/table thing -cup with lid and straw -pill organizer -zip up hoodie and sweat pants for surgery day -4 ice packs (so I can rotate them out, 2 at a time) -rice sock for heat (apparently, your back might get sore) Okay, so maybe I've gone a little overboard. But I would rather be overprepared!

Thanks for the advice!! Sounds like I need to take a trip to target today :) Do you have a specific wedge pillow you recommend? 3.5 hours is definitely a bit frightening!! GL girl!! Maybe have the ice pack ready to go?

I went with a cheap option haha, the brand is Dream Serenity and it was $20 at Walmart. I would suggest looking for one with a washable, zip-off cover! And thank you! I plan on going home straight after the surgery, hopefully I'll be doped up and sleepy the whole ride home.

Target didn't have wedge pillows :( I did end up getting a giant body pillow!! I'll probably go to Walmart today :)

Don't let anyone give you a hard time about what size you have decided on and feel comfortable with. It's a totally personal and individual decision and it's yours solely to make. My PS originally recommended 350/400 ccs,, which I felt would be enormous on me (I'm 5'2" and about 118 lbs). I then decided uncomfortably on 325/375 but after going home and thinking more about it, I still felt that would be too big. I made rice sizers and did my research and finally picked 275/325 and am really happy with them. Make sure you make the decision YOU feel comfortable with. Good luck! Can't wait to see & hear how it goes! :)

Thank you!! I'm pretty much set on getting 250cc. If I ever want to go bigger, ill probably wait until after kids :) my goal is for it to look as natural as possible! Again, thanks for the advice

Just had my first consult yesterday! I went in thinking i wanted mod+ but the dr said 350-400ccs high profile. i loved the way 345ccs looked on. but after looking at pictures at home, they are all either really high or so big. i know i want to be at least a C cup since ive always had a small chest. lost some weight and now there is barely anything there. :( just afraid that they will be too big and high. last thing i want are round melons on top of my chest. we have pretty similar stats so i thought i would comment. love your after photos! :)

Sorry for the delayed response! Thank you so much! Again I was not blessed with a bum so I wanted something that would fit my frame. I see a lot of girls go bigger than 250 and it still looks amazing! Good luck!!

We have the same PS! That's awesome! And don't let anyone tell you about your size. You do what YOU want.

Any thoughts? I feel like 250cc will give me the most natural result. But at the same time, I'm nervous it's going to be too small. Ahhh I hate how indecisive I am right now T.T

Keep in mind that if you're going under the muscle (and I assume you are, since you are thin with very little breast tissue), you'll lose the appearance of 25-50cc since the implants will be squished down. I liked the appearance of my 300cc sizers, so my PS is going to use something like 325 or 350cc to achieve that look. I think the 250's look best on you. You may need 275cc to get that look, though!

I am 3 weeks post op and my advice is to pick the size YOU feel comfortable in and don't second guess it. I did a 500 cc silicone gel inplant under muscle. I went from a barely b to going to guess between a D or DD. However i had 3 children and have been stretched and deflated. I am so glad I made the decision to do it, I feel so much more confident! Best of luck!!
