Chin Implant & Rhinoplasty - Mexico

Definitely an improvement. No issues with my implant. I don’t think I’ll ever be 100% satisfied with my nose but that’s just my anatomy which I can’t fix. I feel like my chin implant made my fav look a lot longer on my right side of my face but I’d rather have that than a petite chin paired with a not so petite nose.
Wondering if my buccal fat removal made my cheeks sag and I gotta fix that next

After having done a buffalo fat removal and upper blepharoplasty with dr. Carmona in Cancun Mexico and being happy with the results I decided to get my last surgeries I had on my list done with him
I have had a rhinoplasty before because I had an ENORMOUS hump on my nose. I was 16. There was only one other girl in school with a nose as big as mine and I was often asked if I was her sister.
Anyways my nose came out better but there was still a strange jump that remained and I always promised myself I'd fix it so here I am six years later
COST
The surgery was $4900 ....the rest of the cost was food & airline ticket.
SURGERY
I felt NO PAIN at all any point of this procedure. Not during and not after.
I had GENERAL anesthesia. The hospital was clean and professional and all went very well. I was incredibly nervous going into surgery but everyone was reassuring me I'll be fine.
They gave me some drugs to calm me down...they were so good I asked what it was but they wouldn't tell me lol. Felt like being drunk without the nausea.
I had closed rhinoplasty and submental chin augmentation.
ASSISTANCE
My concierge Danny and Cris were very kind and answered ALL my questions.
Unfortunately Cris was almost an hour late when she picked me up from the airport to take me to surgery....not fun in hot Mexico all alone. There was also some difficulty communicating when I was trying to coordinate who would take me to the airport once I had to leave Mexico.
But those are my only complaints.
HOTEL
Hotel was clean....I was pretty bored during recovery that is the worst part in my opinion.
SURGEON
Carmona has always been polite and professional. He's very soft spoken and I really like that he took measurements down to the centimeter for my chin right before surgery.
***i am 3 weeks post. I am entirely numb from my bottom lip to my chin incision. This is the only thing I don't like. Carmona warned me this would happen and I will very likely get feeling back. I am waiting patiently. I can move and talk normally but I do wish I could feel. Sometimes I bite my lip while eating and don't notice or drool. :/
