3 Chin Implant Surgery in Last 3 Years

I had a chin implant 3 years ago to improve my profile but instead I got “witches chin”, the implant gave my face a long and wide appearance, really crooked and big fat hanging under my chin, so I had second surgery a year after and the third one a year after that! Now after 3 surgeries my implant still is crooked, I have a lot of loose skin as well as scar tissue, not only the chin implant didn’t improve my look but also I look much older with all loose skin. I have a really tough time dealing with it I felt so horrible about what I did to myself. It has been a very long, expensive, emotional journey I wish I had done more research about my surgeon.

Hello, i am so sorry to hear your bad experince and i absoulty know what you going though and how hard it is. I had one chin implant surgery ended up with the removal of the implant and i now have loose skin and as well as scar tisssue. Its been 9months since my removal and implant stayed in only 2days. Do you consider removig the implant? İ read there were chin tuck surgryies. Do you talk with chin experts about these surgeryies which fixes chin potasis?
Oh I am sorry about yours too. About removing, I really don't want to have any more surgery and I didn't know we have a chin experts. To be honest I thought chin implant is a very easy surgery. Well he promised me to fix it with filler which I think at this point that is the only option but he didn't.
I had a chin implant done by Dr. Brett Kotlus. He works in Manhattan NY now. He is an incredible facial artist with a delicate touch. It might be worth checking out. I worked with him as an assistant in the operating room as well. Everything he does is precise. He is a perfectionist. If you invest in any future revisions, I would highly suggest him. So sorry to hear about your awful experience
@Anicke
What kind of implant did u get? Silcon, style, size
Approx how much is his consult fee,n sx? Looked on his site but no chin implant info.
Hoping u have a few good advice from ur experience.
Was the reason for revision sx due to just the crooked and appearance? What did dr do in each to fix it?
Mine is,too large and the,crease bet lip n chin deepened so my mouth looks sunken in. A puss face, wh aged and masculine mr. UGH.
Dr said removal would leave loose chin skin, so smaller
anatomical silicon for my porous implant. Was each implant a silcon and different style?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
