My amazing rhinoplasty experience with Dr. Ivan Wayne and staff! (Full review from 1 week post rhino, before and after pics)

I just had my 4 month check up with Dr. Ivan Wayne on March 14th and everything is looking great! He said I’m that super rare 10/10 case, which of course is always absolutely just phenomenal to hear! I’m ecstatic to know my rhinoplasty procedure has exceeded his expectations and that I’ve healed so well and continue to do so. He did say I have some minor blockage in my right side, which I can feel myself when breathing. My right side has been noticeably slightly more swollen throughout healing. I feel like swelling still comes and goes which I know is normal, but majority of the time it’s very minimal and quality of breathing is very well and improved from what it was before the procedure. He did say the blockage in the right side is partly due to swelling, and the new structure of my nose because he had to shift my nose so much to the left side that now there’s a bit more excess cartridge inside my right side. It shouldn’t cause issues as I continue to heal and swelling reduces, but if so it’s a simple in office procedure to shave it down IF needed. Fast and simple to improve breathing even more!! So overall I’m still VERY happy, already feeling so great, my nose looks incredible almost all the time now when swelling is down, feels great often, i LOVE my new nose. Dr Wayne is the greatest and I’m so happy I chose him! There is no one better around for rhino. I’ll keep you guys updated if/when anything else changes, and if I end up needing to do the in office procedure inside the right side of my nose to improve breathing later on when I finish healing but hopefully I won’t even end up needing to. We will see in time, but right now I’m so happy and I know I’ll continue to be happy with my results either way!!

My nose is absolutely amazing!! Dr. Wayne exceeded my expectations in every way! I am in love with my new, improved nose. I continue to improve daily as time goes on. I still have quite a bit of swelling; more so internal and on my right side. Some days/moments are more noticeable than others. For the most part though it's already so wonderful! I have moments of complete clarity where my breathing is drastically improved already when I'm less swollen. It is very symmetrical, it fits my face very well, no one can tell I had it done unless I tell them AND show pictures and then they are all amazed and have nothing but compliments! It looks and feels great so I look very forward to continuing to heal and improving more and more through time!

Today has been exactly one week since my rhinoplasty and I had my cast, packing, and bandaging removed today. I am SO happy with my results! I put my trust into Dr. Ivan Wayne, and he of course did not disappoint. He is extremely talented and amazing at what he does. My nose is gorgeous. I am already so happy with my new nose, and it's only the first day after having my cast removed so I know there is still swelling that can last up to 6 months to a year. So the fact that I am already so incredibly happy and in love with my new nose, makes me so excited that it just continues to get even better and better over time as I heal even more. I honestly can't imagine it getting better because it's so great, but I know it will! I am so happy with my nose that I've actually already cried multiple times about it. I don't think Dr. Wayne even realizes how much of an impact he truly has on people with his gift, he has changed my life and I am so happy! If you're considering rhinoplasty, please do not go to anyone else besides Dr. Ivan Wayne. He is worth the wait, worth every cent, and there isn't anyone better for the job. And I can't forget to mention how fantastic his entire staff is also! The group of women in his office are all lovely, compassionate, and supportive. The environment in his office is just wonderful!
