Amazing Revision Rhinoplasty Mr Saeed
WORTH IT
I'm going to share my whole rhinoplasty experience as I'm sure I'm not the only person who has experienced this and hopefully someone might find comfort in reading my review, if unfortunely they're having problems with their nose after surgery.
Also sorry about the crazy pictures I wanted to share my results but try keep as anonymous as possible!
For those not wanting to read my whole review - if you're looking for a surgeon to carry out rhinoplasty I wouldn't look any further! I am 6 months post op and I couldnt be any happier Mr Saeed has changed my life completely, he was amazing both running upto my operation and afterwards!
I had my primary rhinoplasty in 2012 (with a surgeon I won't be naming). Immediately after the operation once my cast had come off I could feel and see a sharp lump on the cartilage and I still wasn't happy with the overall look.
In 2013, over 12 months after my primary operation, I had revision surgery with the same surgeon in hope to correct the issues. I still wasn't happy with the overall look of my nose but I wasn't sure if my expectations were too high and I just accepted this was how my nose was suppose to look.
After the operation my nose ran CONSTANTLY which previously I never had any issues with, because I was wiping my nose all the time it then lead to nose bleeds near enough every day and the skin around my nose getting really sore and cracked, I literally couldn't leave the house without a packet of tissues! I went back to the surgeon numerous times regarding this but got told the issues were nothing to do with my operation. So with nothing he or the doctors could do/give me to help my nose I just had to accept it.
In January 2019 I noticed a black spot on the tip of my nose which was sitting underneath the skin and I knew instantly it was a stitch. At this point my biggest regret was ever getting my nose done, I hated the look of it so much and I felt my nose was worse than before the operation, it had completely crushed my confidence.
In June 2019 I'd met Mr Saeed for the first time who'd informed me that I had a deviated septum (looking at my pre rhinoplasty pictures from 2012 it hadn't been corrected by the first surgeon) which was possibly the cause of my nose running, it was also causing difficulties for me to breathe through one nostril and the tip of my nose had rotated and collapsed to one side which was why I could now see a stitch on the tip of my nose and the tip looked bulky.
I was really nervous and emotional at my first consultation with Mr Saeed but he made me feel completely at ease and I felt like he genuinely cared. He explained everything perfectly to me, drew out diagrams of my nose and explained exactly what the issues were and how he'd hope to fix it.
There was no false expectations with Mr Saeed, he was extremely honest from the beginning with the expectations he'd have from the operation as there was so much scar tissue (I'd never been told previously about the importance of massaging the nose post op) and I'd need my whole nose pretty much reconstructing. I had 3 consultations with Mr Saeed in the run up to my operation and no matter how worried I'd go into the consultation I'd always feel at ease once I'd left.
I'm now 6 months post op, my nose has stopped running constantly and I'm SO happy with the outcome of the operation it's better than I ever expected, I've finally got the nose I always dreamed of and I cannot thank Mr Saeed enough for it. He's been so professional but caring throughout the whole experience and the aftercare has been amazing, I couldn't recommend him enough.
