Amazing revision rhinoplasty experience

I am now one month post op, I am very happy with the shape of my nose, it is still extremely swollen, but I can already see the improved shape. My breathing has improved drastically since before the operation. I had my 1 month appointment with Dr. Ezzat, he was great, answered all of my questions and concerns. He is very happy with the results of my nose so far. My rib graft incision and skin tissue graft incision are both healing well too. He did say that the swelling may appear asymmetric, I noticed one side of my nose appeared more swollen than the other side, he examined it and said that it was swelling and would take a long time to heal since this is my second rhinoplasty and had a rib graft.
All of his staff were great as usual! Carla was a pleasure too see again and answered some of my questions too.

Dr. Ezzat is a master at rhinoplasty. My nose was completely botched from a prior rhinoplasty in Iran. My nose was bumpy and deformed, and I couldn't breathe properly. I went to so many surgeons in boston who are supposed to be good at rhinoplasty, however no one could clearly tell me what issues were with my nose and what they would fix. I met Dr. E and instantly knew he was the doctor for me. His bedside manner is outstanding, he makes you feel completely confident with him and like he is a trusted friend. He Identified I had open roof deformity and saddle nose deformity. He said exactly what he would do for each step to fix this. He said I would need a rib graft and a small skin tissue graft from my hairline. He set realistic expectations considering my nose was so badly damaged.
Also, his assistant Carla was AMAZING. She was so helpful and answered my many questions. Fast forward to my surgery on 12/21/18. I was very scared but Dr. E came in before and made me feel at ease answering any questions once again. Afterwards, my recovery was much better than I expected. I had a lot of bruising and discomfort, but definitely less than my first rhinoplasty. The first 3 days were rough but then I was just completely fine relaxing.
Yesterday, Dr. E removed my cast, stitches and splints. I was really scared of getting this done, and was visibly terrified. He talked me through it and made me as comfortable as possible.
Just one week out and I already love my nose....it's still very swollen but I can already tell the shape is perfect, and I CAN BREATHE. These are completely better results than I even expected. Dr. Ezzat literally made my life a million times better. Please do not hesitate to have a consultation with him. HE IS AMAZING.
