Want an Amazing Lip Lift? Go to Dr Marando!

I had a lip lift with Dr Marando 2 months ago. I previously had a rhinoplasty with a different surgeon and was left with a long philtrum ( 20mm ) so was left feeling like my face was disproportioned. I also no longer had any tooth show when I smiled or spoke which looked really odd to me. I’m 32 but felt like the long philtrum was really ageing on me.
I had heard of Dr Marando from my mum who had a lower face lift and loved her results. From the first consultation I knew I had chosen the right surgeon. I never felt rushed during our meetings and he always gave detailed answers to any questions I had.
I wanted a much shorter philtrum so we decided on taking 7-9mm ( preferably 9mm if possible )
Surgery day went well, all the staff at the wilmslow hospital were lovely and I felt really at ease. I woke up with some mild discomfort but nothing major.
Dr Marando was able to remove 9mm from the middle and 8mm on each side.
The following weeks were quite tough for me, my lip was extremely swollen which caused my nose to swell. My nose is a huge trigger for me so it was difficult to see it swell after my rhinoplasty.
Dr Marando was always there to put my mind at ease, he FaceTimed me before our scheduled appointment as I was really upset about the swelling. He assured me it would subside and to relax - I wish I had listened and saved myself a lot of tears as I’m now really happy with the results. I’m 2 months post Op and I’m healing really well. The scar is improving all the time and I have full mobility back in my mouth. I have tooth show when I smile and talk again which I love and my face looks in proportion.
Dr Marando is such a highly skilled surgeon but also really easy to talk to. He is passionate about his work and making his patients happy. I cannot recommend him enough!
