I'm only writing this review in hopes that the next person doesn't go through what I did , I had the worst experience ever dr Alvarez did not botch me but he did not snatch me that is what I mostly wanted and I explained to him that but after my surgery I still have fat in my upper back that considering you pay 4500 dollars it shouldn't be there , my whole experience starts as this I did my consultation and jasmine contacted me and was assigned to me as my consultant I did the virtual consultation she called me back I did my deposit a few days later of 500 I don't advice you to pay and do it right away that's what I did I paid the deposit and 2 weeks later was my surgery what she failed to tell me was explain in detail everything I needed to do I had to get a clearance letter and blood work but I got my blood work done at quest and waited for the letter with my doctor , I was really confused to what this letter was but jasmine told me it's just like a phsyical , no it isn't my doctor said he's never heard of this that he can't just write me a letter by a physical he's the one who needs to send the blood work in and review it with me it took me two hours to get a hold of someone at mia they have caller id so they know it's you they kept saying they faxed over what he needed bc he told me he can't just write off I'm good for surgery , they don't pick up whatsoever that phone it's very frustrating , my doctors office felt so bad for me waiting so long that the doctor finally said if I get my blood work from quest online he'll just clear me after finally getting ahold of the manager and explaining to her that they only pick up when it's about money and paying for surgery she finally emailed my doctor for what they needed TWO hours later bc this was so close to my date he couldn't send the blood work for me to do all over it wouldn't get here in time my surgery was too close to date I finally got the letter that Monday I went in for surgery I got my hotel and rental for just sun night till tues bc that's what jasmine said I could leave the next day , I had my post op the same day I don't advise you to do that I felt really rushed and I told him I wanted my stomach snatched the most he said no problem , I thought that 12 areas is a lot and didn't know my arm was extra mind you it doesn't specify only your stomach is the 12 areas he said it'll be extra , if he took 12 areas of my stomach I shouldn't have back fat still I showed him a picture he marked me and went into surgery I got my anesthesia before he went in and once I laid on the table i was out , I woke up shaking but it's normal from you getting out of anesthesia all they did was put my clothes back on and my sister was waiting for me in the back I prob wasn't in that room for more than 5 minutes and left this doctor does not use the drain tubes he lets you drain by yourself , the whole process no one advised me I would be draining so much maybe thats my fault for not researching more but they should explain to you everything your going to go through after , I drained so bad I ruined the hotel mattress because all I did was fall asleep I woke up to pee and I was scared bc when I wiped I saw blood but not until after a few days I understood it's the drainage of water that makes it look red not blood but when I saw this it took me 5 extensions to ask them if this is normal again the frustration of why they can't pick up that phone if you follow the on snap u always see them on that snap chat but can't pick up for medical questions they told me it's normal and finally when I call is they tell me my post up time they never gave me a time until i called I go in the next day don't see the doctor just get a post op drainage massage bc the special going on they told me I have to stay an extra day to see the doctor the next day I said jasmine didn't tell me that , I only booked until the next day of my surgery bc I live in Orlando and was going to go home I had to pay for a hotel because they told me if I leave and get a blood clot it's not his fault so forcefully I had to stay I got an extra hour 180 charge on my rental for it being late and paid 150 for the aloft for one night across the street because I didn't want to go far how much in pain I was it's ridiculous the miscommunication this doctor office has or doesn't let you know things properly I don't hate how my results look but I'm not happy with it I know the US is different that in countries they take more fat and they are scared in the us but how much I spent I shouldn't have back fat after 3 days I stopped draining and I started my massages the day after I got back home I paid for 10 for 400 dollars I have so far bought two fajas (garments ) because your so swollen after one week I stopped and it went down and that's where my second faja I needed to buy they cost 100 each almost , if you want to get this surgery please look up every detail because I did this so rushed I went through the worst experience with them I don't think this doctor is bad I just know if I wasn't so rushed to do it I would've picked someone else who snatches your stomach more , it's been two weeks I haven't even gotten one call from the office how I'm doing funny right , it's like a factory in there how many girls are in and out of there , like I said I don't think he does a bad job I just think he does not take a lot of fat from your stomach I'm not a big girl whatsoever so I shouldn't have this very upset after a week I could start doing everything myself but the first few days you do need help , hope this helps someone I wish I saw all this before I went to their office .
