I saw my breast on my left side was getting saggy, I thought it was a possible leakage of the implant. I wasn't sure due to the fact it I have had two children and breast fed both and I am 42 and well your body changes. All in all I wasn't happy with my implants any longer.
I knew I was going to call Dr. Fiala's office even though I do not live in Florida any longer. There was no question in my mind. When I did live there I visited his office for other procedures like botox and fillers. Their staff is always knowledgeable and friendly, They made it easy for me being out of town telling me everything I needed as far as blood work and EKG's that was required for surgery clearance.

Wow, I think your doctor did a great job. Very pretty and natural looking results. They seem more proportionate with your body frame too. How do you like the silicone versus that saline so far?

The feel more real this time. I always could feel my saline "shell" under my skin and if I leaned over I could see waves under the skin as well. My new implants are far different in appearance and feel. I'm happy that I choose a silicone implant this time.

Oh that's great to hear you're happier with the silicone. I think most women are. Enjoy!!

DR. Fiala and his team looked at my pictures first, I sent them the first ones that you see. They couldnt give me a firm quote because it depended on how much time it took him to remove all the left over scar tissue. Its was worth all the extra cost, Whatever the price was I knew I was in the best hands and he'd stand by his work. I hope you would seriously consider him to do the revision, I know you would not be disappointed.

Yes I'm definitely considering him but 15,000 for a lift with was a bit to steep for me. But I'd love to go to him

I'm still loving my new implants. I did have a couple days that I was regretting getting them bigger but got over that a few days later. My scars look really good and the feeling is beginning to come back. (I had very little feeling after the surgery, I was told this was normal) I do get a weird folding feeling in my left breast, nipple area when a reach for thing sometimes but other than that all has been good. I'm still taking the "singular" that was recommended by my PS. But haven't taken any pain meds in weeks.

325 CC HP, I still have the frankinstien looking veins from nursing two kids but at least they look fuller and less sad to be on my chest.

A few pics of my old implants when removed.

Because I was dying to know what they looked like 21 years later I asked them to snap a picture of my old implants once removed. I was surprise they were both still intact. I just had gotten some scar tissue over the years they needed removed. (In the picture it's the bacon looking strips below the implant.) thought I would share since not many people get to see that.

How many cc did your get. Did they get any smaller after week 2

I was 270 cc saline. I moved up to 325 CC silicone HP. They didn't get smaller as much as they are settling and I'm getting used to them. I've never wanted to be the girl who walks in the door and people scream "nice boob job" like a pencil with water balloons.
After week two I think they actually looked smaller because they hadn't settled in yet.
