I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while! I am almost at 3 months finally! (Jan 8th) and everything is perfect! I am beyond happy with my results! They are extremely soft now, my scar is pretty much invisible and I still have the full, round, perky look I wanted!

Hey my doctor is saying I'll have to have UHP if I want 455 cc. But I can't find much on this profile and have a few questions: do they feel extra heavy? Are they too rounded and come off as fake? And do they feel soft and squishy like real boobs or do you think they are more firm? Thank you I would really appreciate it. I'm one month pre op but I'm scared of the UHP.
Mine are UHP 455cc and I wanted the augmented look. It is pretty obvious that they are fake but I think they feel pretty real. It takes time for them to get squishy and mine aren't all the way there yet. If you don't want them to look fake at all then go HP.

I haven't updated this in a long time but everything is going great! The girls are still getting softer everyday. I wear a 32 DD now and love it! My scar is nearly invisible and no more swelling. I'm so happy with my results! I hope I'm able to help other girls looking to have this procedure. If you have any questions please ask!

Thanks for your review! I had my pre op today. The 455cc look good on me but I wanted to see if I could go bigger. The biggest I can go is 480cc. Which do you recommend. I'm 5'3, 112lbs and 30b/32A. You're the closest person that I've found to my small frame and size.
I would go 480! I wanted 480 and have considered going bigger.
But the reason my surgeon did 455 is because he was afraid I would have stretch marks. I would think about that also. Ask your dr. How much stretch you have.

No more surgical bra!
I had my 1 week post op appointment on Thursday and it went great! Finally got to get rid of the ugly grandma bra, got some stitches taken out and FINALLY got to shower. That's all I had talked about all week. Luckily my amazing boyfriend washed my hair for me while I couldn't shower so that helped. I brought 2 front zip bras to my appointment that I had gotten from Walmart for only $10 but after just 1 day I decided they didn't give me enough support because I have a band size of 32 and as of right now my cup size is a D or DD depending on where the bra is. So I went to the mall and tried on a couple different front zip bras that can in 32D and DD. The all black one is under armor and it's so comfortable! But it's hard to hide in most clothes because it comes up high and I wear a lot of v necks. The grey one is a VS 32DD and it took 3 people to zip it up! But I really liked it so I ordered it in a 32DDD in all black. I also am adding some pictures of how they look now. Looking great! And slowly getting softer. Some days I feel like they look and feel bigger and some days I think they look and feel smaller. Maybe I'm just crazy. I'm excited for them to fluff out so they'll come together more. In between them is still a little swollen.

It takes time for the fluff but once it happens it's like love they become so soft. I honestly sometimes forget that these are not my natural breasts:) that's not a bad thing

You look great on 1 week po. My surgery is in 20 days but I still dont know what size will look good on me. I'm torn between high profile and uhp. I'm afraid uhp makes me look top heavy. Mind if you lemme know your BWD?
I chose ultra high because I don't have very wide hips and high profile made me look too wide on top. I'm sorry I'm not sure what that means lol.
It's your breast width diameter. Since uhp is for those with narrow frame/small bwd, i guess your bwd is pretty small. 480cc uhp diameter is 11.4cm. My bwd is 11cm so dr recommended either 350cc hp or 480cc hp.
