Dr Robb performed my cheek implant surgery with a local anesthesia, calmly talked to me during the procedure and was exceptionally methodical, gentle, and perfectionistic. He also guided me through the implant size choices at my pre-surgical consultation. He and his staff exemplify professionalism as well as kindness and genuine concern. Dr Robb is a second generation ENT and facial surgeon and a natural at his craft. He even conducted my follow up appointment at my hotel room the day after surgery. I drove home comfortable and confident about the long drive. Dr Robb is by far my favorite doctor out of all I interviewed and the two who performed prior procedures. He is the only doctor I will consider seeing for any future procedures I may choose.
