It has been super helpful reading everyone else's reviews so I figured I should share my experience. I am scheduled for my preop on the 19th and then my surgery is on the 3rd of July. I plan to post before pics asap and after as I recover. :) I don't know what size I am getting yet, I will verify with my doctor when I see her on the 19th but I think it is somewhere in the 275-375 range. I want to be a D or DD. Prior to having my daughter I was a full C/small D. So excited!!

I can't believe I'm actually doing this! I'm scheduled for July 3, so close!!! I'm getting a little nervous that there might be a disconnect on the size I'm going for. I talked to a coordinator at my preop and showed her a picture of what I'm going for and she wrote down on the paper "likes the big fake boob look" and then told me that those are big but the surgeon will try to fit the largest implant that she can but will only go as big as is safe. I do want larger breasts but nothing crazy. I had larger breasts before having my daughter. I don't want to look like Dolly Parton. Lol. I'm going to send in some wish pics but honestly I think I'm happy with the sizers I tried on which I believe we're 375cc? Dr Alderman told me that even though I am petite I have a wide base or something like that so I can accommodate a larger implant than some people my size. I feel like I can't find any wish pics that are the right size. They're either too big or too small lol.

Your so close!!!! Yay! So exciting. Do you know what profile Dr Alderman is going with? Also, did you consult with any other doctors?

Hey!!!! I am about to post an update. So excited. Just had my surgery. I didn't consult with other doctors. I have been interested in her for over a year and when I met her I didn't feel like I needed to see anyone else! (:

So excited! Had the surgery done. Arrived today at 7am. My 2 year old was throwing up all morning so I was super worried I'd have to cancel. But my husband was able to watch her and she is doing better too. Think one of the older girls put a cup of milk back in the fridge that was no good and she drank it. Anyways I believe we went with 400cc moderate plus profile. So super excited. I feel great and love them already even though they have not yet settled. If I seem a little loopy it'd because the anesthesia hasn't quite worn off and I'm on the pain meds lol
