Full Tummy Tuck with Lipo and MR if Needed - Allentown, PA

I'm a 26 year old mother of a 3 year old girl. I've never been skinny in my life. Currently I am 5'6'' I weigh 125. I'm scheduled for the 31st and my preop appointment is this Friday, 2 days away. I've been wanting this for a while. I'm nervous that I won't be prepared post op. I haven't purchased anything. Ill be fitted for a garment Friday. ill have muscle repair if the surgeon decides I need it while he's operating. I'm counting on that to be necessary. I was 240 lbs right before delivery of my daughter. I've maintained for almost 3 years now as it didn't take long to shed that awful weight when u change your eating habits drastically and strictly walk 6 miles a day 7 days a week.

I've been on this site for quite some time now and all you tummy Tucker's are so inspiring. I'd like to thank you all for the tremendous amount of insight.

A few questions if anyone has a moment:

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to tell your employer if you'd like to keep the procedure private?(plastic surgery wise) my how people talk in an office setting.

I won't have drains there's just going to be tubes and gauze pads. I'm not crazy about that idea. It sounds messy. Has anyone else had one like this?? Is this what they call the drainless tummy tuck? Is this a good or bad thing?

Ill add much more to my review as my story develops. I'd like to reach 120 by my surgery date so ill keep you updated if anyone is interested. Thanks again. :)

1 day left until the day of my surgery. I'm starting to get nervous. Thought I'd share my photos finally with all of you so that you can see the difference when I show the results. Hopefully they will help someone like all of you ladies have helped me. I have actually gained 5 pounds since the 1 month pre op point from quitting smoking. Hopefully this will be a great change for a few things! 3 days will be a month with no nicotine.

Well I got home around 5 yesterday. I'm not in a terrible amount of pain. Ive only taken 2 pain pills since I left the center. The last has probably worn off by now too. When I get the chance I will upload some pictures. I was swollen before I even got home yesterday. I asked the nurse if I would be swollen right before I left and she said no. I did take off my binder and I look swollen to myself. Especially since one side is bigger than the other. Is it common to swell right after surgery? I was thinking that didnt start for at least a day. Any advice? I've looked for bromelaine in 2 pharmacies but both were out of stock the one suggested a nutritional store. I wonder if rite aide would supply something like that.

I'm a little unhappy however. All our discussions included lipo on my hips. He even marked me for it right before surgery. He disided while I was under that I didn't need any when the past month or so if been excited and expecting it. And even told him and showed him where I thought I needed it. (Back of my hips) I even grabbed the fat in that area. I was too out of it to bring it up while I was in Recovery. I also didnt get any muscle repair which I also thought i needed. I'm no doctor but I sure do know what fat looks like. I guess we'll see when the swelling goes down a bit later in my recovery if ill be happy with the results. I'm so anxious to see my belly button but its wrapped up like a mummy. I got back to see my ps tomorrow. Hopefully somebody can answer my questions. I need to make a list. Lol
