For some reason the site didnt post my entire update. So...I got my first glimpse of my new belly button today too! I'm impressed considering what I had was consumed by fat and skin. I wanted to recommend to anyone planning on having this procedure to have someone as a helping hand around the house. I would have never been able to have this done without the support of my fiancé. He did all my normal daily routine stuffs and helped with dinner and our daughter completely. I have been getting around pretty good but I exerted myself only getting cleaned up last night. So is good to have someone there as much as possible.

Got my drains out today. Ecstatic about that. I think I just got my binder figured out. Before it was very difficult to feel comfortable in it. It was either too tight in one spot or too loose or just always something wasn't right. I went to eat with my fiancé and daughter to Chili's bar and grill (our favorite) I got the smokehouse bacon ranch burger and fries. Yum!! Afterward I decided to see how many calories I had just consumed. I did a quick google search only to find out I had just eaten America's #1 worst burger. I could have cried. I had no idea!! I did well all week. Portion control and healthy meals. Have been watching my sodium intake and everything. This burger is said to have 3 days worth of sodium. I could just clobber myself. I'm so upset. Anyway...

Getting the drains out was the worst! I was sweating and could not stop my nerves. Just as I suspected it hurt so bad! It was only for a second but the after stinging lasted about 30 seconds to a minute and took my breath away for a bit. Oh my goodness was it so worth it though. I just feel so much better to be rid of those awful things. Good riddance!! Also to go were my compression stalkings. And last but by far from least I am cleared to shower!!!!! I can't wait for tonight to take that amazing steaming shower

Feeling even better than yesterday morning. I'm sure by this evening ill be a blimp. My garment was nearly falling down this morning there's that much difference in the swelling.
