Alleged Septoplasty

Dr. Ellis performed a septo/rhinoplasty on me in January of 2023. I recently had a revision surgery and the plastic surgeon who did the revision noted that there was no evidence of previous septoplasty, despite my post op notes from Dr. Ellis listing details of this procedure having been performed.
