Feb 15, 2022
This office has time to go back and forth over irrelevant topics, versus addressing the horrible job just as they do with sending messages like a group unprofessional individuals trying to prove points. In regard to their lies of Feb 15, 2022, this office staff will respond to questions before researching and doing their due diligence in giving a logical response, then 20 text later, apologize for not knowing what they’re talking about in the first place. I understand this is a different country, but where I’m from that snappy comeback when you wrong doesnt warrant respect. I’m not one to go back and forth with ANYONE, so as shown in the screenshots, I asked to speak with the dentist directly for clarity, and his staff responded as shown that’s he’s in Punta Cana. There should be some form of communication for him with his patients that doesn’t go between I’ll advised staff . They can talk about my diet choices, and anything else but won’t acknowledge the shoddy work. Furthermore, I stayed in DR 21 days. I went to this office everyday I was advised, also counting the entire week he was gone and I never once was called in. I had an appt on Monday to take impressions of which he claim my gum was too swollen, another appt that Friday, an appt the 3rd week on Monday to try the wax which was too big and his Dra that helped said she was contacting the lab to have them cut it down, then another appt on Friday for the final fitting of which when I told him it still was bad in which he stated that was the best they could do. They say the lab rushed to do my teeth and I was suppose to stay longer, perhaps had I not wasted a week doing absolutely nothing, I would have been able to have a better fit? Go figure. They wait until the 21st day to try in the final and have the audacity to say I chose to leave! What a joke!
As I stated before, I don’t recommend him for this procedure. Simple. He may be good at veneers but not this! I saw an implant specialist here today that quoted me 6200 to remove and replace the piece, and also fix one of the bottom implants that doesn’t sit properly, I made my initial deposit and will go that route. If it was ever about money, I wouldn’t have paid 3100 today to redo this piece! I’m attaching the conversation from Feb 15th of when I was soooo disrespectful, and the picture the dental assistant took today of how far this piece hang off my gum line. As the specialist today shared with me, if I wanted fake teeth that were noticeable I should have kept a removable denture. If my temporary denture fitted the same, my mouth would have looked like Mr. Ed long before I came to him as shown in the before and after. Let’s use common sense. Best wishes to anyone that choose to go somewhere like this that don’t acknowledge when they are wrong.

Deep Regret and Humiliation
My suggestion…. Find a dentist that will listen and not undermine your thoughts!
I had the unfortunate experience of having implants and a top implant placed. When he removed my temporary piece this final trip, I was unaware I would have to go 3 weeks with no top teeth, while awaiting this long process. I understand it takes 3 weeks to complete the process for whatever reason, however to not have any consideration and place patients temporary piece back in while waiting was a bit over whelming for me. I had surgery during this time, however, had I known I wouldn’t be able to eat properly, I would have most definitely waited for surgery. Being able to properly eat and replenish one’s body with nutrients is essential after surgery!
2 weeks later- Upon seeing my mouth, I told Dr. Beltre I look like a horse with a bad overbite and implants that didn’t sit on my gum. He proceeds to tell me, this is the best they could do as for making the top piece smaller and I basically was stuck with these big teeth. He stated the implants weren’t close to my gum as he had to cut my gum back.Simply put, he doesn’t measure based on your mouth and facial structure, he did what he wanted and I hate it. As other reviewers stated, he tells you how to smile and hold your lips for good pics in his opinion. I didn’t have the final fitting for my teeth until the day I left, so after spending 21 days in DR, going in the office 3x’s , I couldn’t do anything but accept these horse teeth and catch my flight. I absolutely hate that I went to DR for this procedure. I wish now for the money I paid for his fee, an Airbnb, transportation, etc, that I’d stayed in the states and got them done. Now I have to find a place here in the states that offer this service, without the additional hidden fees charged in Beltre office. There are separate charges for the implant screws, abutments for both the temporary and permanent implant cost 200.00 each, and the cost of the final piece.
I’m so much more self conscious now that i’ve “ finished.” My family and friends all say the same- why did you get these big teeth????? The level of embarrassment and humiliation I’m feeling is overwhelming. I hope to find a dentist in the states in the coming week that will fix this monstrosity mouth I now have.
My suggestion- maybe he’s good for veneers, other than that, not worth the cost of flights, accommodations, and extras to have subpar overbite horse teeth done. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
