After looking at so many reviews I picked the place I would like to go with for my smart liposuction on my upper & lower abdomen and flanks. My procedure is 2 days away and I am nervous although I have a high tolerance for pain. My appointment is at 1030 in the morning and I live 2 hours away so I will be driving up there and having my mother drive me back the same day. I am 5'3" weighing 165 I was weighing at 100 pounds before I had my son then after pregnancy I was at 140 and Ive been going up every since. I can't seem to get rid of my abdominal fat I have tried everything and it just won't go away so I am looking for a boost. I am in Nursing school so I will have Thursday-Sunday off before I have to return back to work and school next week. I am opening I will recover fast from this. I have everything all ready for the big day I brought puppy pads for my bed , gaze , tape, arinca gel I have read in reviews it is good to massage with and to help the bruises go away faster and I also brought my own compression garments because I thought it was a little outrageous to spend 100$ on the garment from the facility. This is a birthday present to myself for my 21st birthday so I am excited to get this done and see my results I will be posting before and after pictures soon !

So I got my lipo down yesterday and the pain was very much unexpected for talking to friends who got it down & reading reviews I did not think the pain would be as much as it would be when he started I was thinking to myself “why am I doing this “ but American lipo Center was great & Doctor Hamwi was great !!! The procedure didn’t take that long about 2 hours because he wanted to make sure everything was right so I had keep getting off the table to make sure everything was write n how he wanted it . He did under my bra strap as well just to make the whole picture come together... when I got home I was sucked up with blood my boyfriend helped me change my guaze pads . I was sooo lightheaded I’m guess because the amount of blood I was looking I was nausea and vomiting which they was normal I couldn’t stay away the whole ride home because of the Meds they gave me ... as of known I need help getting out of the bed and going down the steps .Here all my before pictures and I will have after once I take my shower . Being that I am not allowed to shower for 24 hours after

I feel like cramp I am not able to get in and out of the bed by myself feels like something ran over my body. But I can see the results and it looks wonderful ! I just hope I feel better soon . I don’t have much bruising either which is great !

You look great so far. Was this liposuction only? I am 5'5 weigh 162 and I want to get lipo only but doctors try to scare me saying I might have loose skin. My stomach isnt that bad I want a flat stomach like your . Was you worried about that loose skin.

Yes he actually did tell me right before the procedure that I would have look sign and I was like well will it look nasty & then he showed me pictures of others . But I was like that will be the chance I have to take because there was no going back I already paid but it turned out way better then expected because I was also told I wouldn’t go this flat by a lot of people !

If the PS you seen said you would have loose skin, listen to them. If you want a flat tummy and tiny waist you should get a tummy tuck with lipo and then the bbl. the smaller your waist is the better your bbl will look. I know many girls that only got the lipo when the dr suggest a tt also and all of them have went back and paid even more money now to get more lipo or went ahead and did the tt. If you only have more fat below the belly button you can ask the dr if you could get a mini tummy tuck with lipo everywhere and save money that way. You can also look on specific websites and see if any PS are offering any clinical studies in your area and possible get a discount on a tt or have it be free. LA area always has clinical trials going on where you can end up getting free plastic surgery like breast implant and tummy tuck. Most of the time you have to live near the area but they have them there so they might have other areas too. I know a few people that got free tt and ba there recently
