I was diagnosed with a squamous cell carcinoma on my cheek in May by my dermatologist. Mr Ross saw me within a few days of my diagnoses and explained in detail the options available to me. He managed to fit me in for reconstructive surgery the day after I had the carcinoma removed as he was aware I was going away on holiday and was keen that I had it done sooner rather than later.
He performed a local flap under local anaesthetic and I have been amazed at the result. It is now only 8 weeks since my surgery and the scar is hardly visible.

I feel Mr Ross is friendly and caring and just as concerned with my after care as he was pre surgery. He has suggested Physio Touch to help reduce the scarring. His P A and nursing team are also extremely helpful and friendly and take time to resolve any issues I have.
