At-Home Jessner Peel Devotee

I've had acne scars and sun damage for pretty much my entire adulthood, so Jessner Peels are one of my all-time favorite beauty treatments. I started receiving them in a professional setting about 5 years ago, which became pretty expensive pretty fast, even buying them discounted through Groupon. At my last in-office peel, I paid attention to what the beautician was using and, sure enough, I was able to find and order the exact same product when I got home. I've been doing at-home peels ever since.

Reading through user experiences here on RealSelf, it looks like there are a lot of misconceptions about Jessner Peels. I keep seeing bad ratings for the procedure with comments like, "I had the peel last night and it didn't work at all!" You won't notice a difference immediately or even the next day, other than maybe drier or darker skin than usual.
