Having extremely heavy saddlebags has been a problem for many years. Clothes don’t fit right always tight in thigh area and too big in waist. Gaining weight over the years has made this extra embarrassing exercise doesn’t take it off loosing weight they still show. Would love to have that area on the sides of legs flat, I joked saying wish I could take out of thighs and put it in my breast lol ,...but I see on RealSelf you “Can” .Yay! so during my consult I asked about it and Dr Jeffery Rockmore said I could have it done so we will Lipo from thighs flanks and some belly and add to my drooping breasts and give me nice cleavage. I read a lot on RealSelf and noticed arm lift and yes I called Dr R to see if we can add that too?he said as long as I relized there will be a scar he could do it. Might as well get this all done same day and recoup the one time. I’m very excited and can’t wait. Will post Photos as soon as I can.

Had my surgery went well been very sore not much bruising till 4 or so days later. Next day took pic of thighs in garment couldn't believe how flat they were I was ecstatic. Fluid has built up so I'm swollen and look bigger. This will go away couple mths think its from sitting but its hard not too. I sit on pillows to help. Arms were sore along with knees, legs, waist and back, but the pain pills knocked me out for a few hrs so I sleep thru bit of it. Also had upper eye lid...each day gets better. Walking does help a great deal.

Wow that's alot to endure at once! I'm 46 but probably won't be able to afford it for about another 10 years so seeing you do this is inspiring! I have basically the same issues (not arms) but really need a breast lift too (I had breast cancer with lumpectomy 6 years ago & should have taken advantage of it then)...did you have a lift and if so will you please provide pics as you progress (covered or not I'm not a perve just curious to see how it can look).
Thanks and good luck with your recovery!

I know you already have your breast fat grafted but if I had to do it over I wouldn't do or recommend it. I had it down 8 years ago. Not because it looks bad or the fat dissipates, not even the price I paid. But as time goes on the fat grafts can become necrotic. That has happened to me and they form lumps. Mammograms are hard for the radiologists to read so they always have to take additional film etc. Every lump is a cancer scar and of course my Dr. found a lump on me during my yearly. A mammogram tech let me see a cyst I had, no one had ever done that before. It looked huge wasn't cancerous. But every year I go thru this. Didn't have my mammogram yet and not looking forward to it.
