My Experience!
lanamarie25January 23, 2016 WORTH IT$6,300
Ever since I was younger I knew my breasts were different than everyone else's. It wasn't till I was in my late teens that I found I had tubular breasts. I decided to get breast implants when I was 20 years old because I wanted to finally feel normal and have breasts that didn't make me feel so self conscious. I went online and did a lot of research on different doctors until I finally met the one doctor I felt comfortable with and trusted to perform my surgery. Before my surgery date I tried on a lot of different implants with the bra they gave me and decided on 400cc implants under the muscle. Although he was a great surgeon I later realized after my surgery that he didn't have experience with tubular breasts. I was so happy to have implants and fuller breasts but I still had the same pointy shaped breasts I had had before my surgery. I went back to that doctor a few times in hopes he would be able to fix them and make them more round but each time he told me it would fix itself. That is when I knew I wanted to seek out another doctor;this time one who had previous experience with tubular breats like mine. I was so happy when I found Dr.Deluca online; I looked at photos and read many reviews on his website and saw that he knew just what to do for girls like me with tubular breasts. I drove 3 hours to meet with him at his office and my experience with him has been nothing but amazing. The second you meet Dr.Deluca you will see that he is such a kind, down to earth guy. He listened to all my concerns and answered all of my questions; never once did I feel rushed or uncomfortable. Walking out of his office I knew I wanted him to perform my revision. I set up my surgery date for 1 month later , January 5,2016, and after talking with him he decided that to fix my breasts I would need a mastopexy or a breast lift. Going in for surgery is always very scary and nerve wrecking; especially since I had to pay $6,000 again because he was a different doctor than my original. I just wanted to finally have the breasts I wanted. Although I was very nervous ,Dr.Deluca's team was so amazing and filled with compassionate, kind hearted nurses and surgeons. They really took care of me and made me feel completely at ease. After my mastopexy I rarely felt any pain at all. It was nothing like my first breast augmentation when I was barely able to move. It has been about 2 weeks since my surgery and I am in no pain; I feel discomfort every once in a while but nothing I can't Handle. After my surgery I took 2 weeks off from work so I could completely feel recovered. I just recently had my check up with my doctor and I am so overly happy. Dr. Deluca did an awesome job and for the first time you can't tell I had tubular breasts. If I can give any advice it would be to do your research. Before going in to consult with any doctor have an idea of what you want and just make sure you feel comfortable. If you don't feel comfortable with a doctor, just because they have great reviews don't go through with it. There are plenty of plastic surgeons out there; make sure you find the one you trust and feel comfortable with. Also make sure they are board certified and have experience with whatever surgery you may want done. If anyone needs an advice I would love to help.
