Well I've always wanted breast implants since I was in high school, since I ended up only being a 34A. I finally got the courage and started going for consultations (I went to 3). Long story short, I ended up going from a 34A to a 32D and I have two completely different looking breasts. One breast is larger and lower then the other and my nipples point in two different directions. It sucks because, now I'm more self conscious naked than I was to begin with and my doctor basically told me to accept it and will not even consider performing a revision. So, I'm currently researching new doctors since mine does not care if I like my results or not. Who would want breast that point in two different directions? It's really killed my self esteem and I'm started to get depressed. It's really hard, and I try not to focus on it but, some days I just break down and cry when I look in the mirror. I feel like I made a mistake choosing my doctor.
UPDATED FROM LadiiX
Granted a Breast Revision in this past October and my Breast Revision results look great thus far

Right now, I'm on cloud 9. My breast look amazing! The bottoming out of my left breast has been corrected and I now have upper pole fullness. My doctor really emphasized having realistic expectations which helped me my 2nd time around when I saw my new results. I never realized that I had asymmetric breasts and that my nipples we're not necessarily in equal positions. When considering a breast augmentation as a patient you have to realize that your breast are sisters, not twins and they will not be 100% identical unless they we're next to perfect prior to augmentation. My doctor really did an excellent job in explaining this. Now after the revision both breast sit up equally, my nipples are as equal as they possibly can get without nipple re-positioning, and I'm a very happy patient.
I wrote my initial review, after being upset about being told on more than one occasion that it was too risky to re-operate and that I should accept my initial results. Everyday, I had to look in the bathroom mirror at my funny looking set of breast and I hated it. I really did start getting depressed over it because, I take a lot of pride in my appearance and having no upper pole fullness on one side looks quiet funny when you have implants. I'm glad that my doctor reconsidered revising my breast so that I would be happy with my results. They look much better and I'm in a happier place. I'll post photos soon!

What made him change his mind and do the revision? Did you have to pay any fees? He did mu breast recently and I think I need a revision too..

Most likely, it was due to me being 6 months post op and my left breast actually losing upper pole fullness which can only be corrected with an additional surgery. Yes, I had to pay anesthesia and facility fees directly to AMC South and also the cost of a single implant in case there is an issue with the current implant in place. However, since it was not used, I received a refund.
My suggestion would be to be patient and wait until your 6 month mark to really see your final results. Also, depending on how your breast looked prior to your BA, will have a huge impact on your breast turn out after. So any pre-existing asymmetries will be more noticeable after the fact and is something you have to get used to unfortunately. Good luck!

Prior to BA, I had gone to multiple consultations but, not for my revision since he agreed to fix it. If he refused, I would have gone and got additional opinions. It's expensive to start over with a completely new doctor.

***Update*** I'm healing well. The breast that was revised (the left) is still a bit bigger than the right but, I do not think it's too noticeable. I'm hoping it's just swelling and it will go down, it's still sore and it's been 2 weeks since my revision.
