Tuberous Breast to beautiful boobies! 405CC moderate plus profile, under the muscle

Like many of us girls with tuberous breast, it's...
WORTH IT$9,350
Like many of us girls with tuberous breast, it's truly a pain to figure out whats the best doctor for you. Since I can remember, I've wanted a breast augmentation but recently came to the understanding that I have tuberous breast. Now that I finally have the financial stability to get this procedure done I'm debating which doctor to go to.. Lovely right? Even with hours, maybe even days of research it's still not an easy decision.
I already had multiple consultations with some doctors in the NYC area (where I live) and I also had one with Dr. Deluca via phone. I honestly wish I could've met him in person, but due to transportation difficulties this didn't happen. Over the phone we discussed technicalities of the procedure, healing, and price. Our conversation was brief (10 min) and while I do know that Dr. Deluca is an expert in this field, I'm still concerned with some aspects. For example, I'm not sure if I feel "secure" picking him due to the lack of patient-doctor connection. Also, I have seen a couple ladies on RealSelf that aren't completely satisfied with their surgery whether its asymmetry, irregular scarring around the areola or enlarged areolas. I'm not striving for perfection, but I also don't want any revision surgery and I'm very concerned about the irregular scarring and my nipples getting even larger. These are some of the complains I've read on here and trust me I have read every single review.. On the other hand, there are many ladies that are doing absolutely fine and their surgeries have honestly exceeded my expectations.
Enough rambling, is there any tips or suggestions you ladies can help me with? How was your overall experience? Did you have any problems similar to the ones I mentioned, and did Dr. Deluca address these in a nice manner?
By the way, thanks to everyone who posts explicit updates and helps people like myself make the right decision :)

Tubular Breast BA satisfied so far!
Ladies with tubular breast understand how difficult it is to find an experienced doctor that can get beautiful results for tubular breasts. I’m highly satisfied with Dr.Greenwald’s bedside manner, even after a slight complication he managed to help me feel confident and safe. He’s so caring and knows exactly what he’s doing! I recommend.

Daily updates :)
I tried adjusting this review before, but I can not. Previously, I was thinking about doing my BA procedure with a different doctor but I'm very happy I decided to go with Dr. Greenwald. Anyway, I wanted to give you guys a little day to day details on my recovery.
Day of Surgery: Out of surgery, I immediately felt a sharp burning sensation, but the nurse quickly told me this was normal and should go away by the next day. I got 405CC, under the muscle with moderate plus profile. I had tubular breast, so they Dr.Greenwald preformed a periareolar lift and nipple reduction. I returned home shortly after (1pm), and the pain was bearable at first but became worst as the hours went by. Around 6pm I noticed how my right breast was far more swollen than my left and in throbbing pain, even after taking my medication. This became a major concern, and I looked it up online and noticed most people suggesting contacting your surgeon. At this point, the office was closed, but luckily my voicemail was directed to Dr. Greenwald and he called back within 15 minutes. After describing my pain and situation, he said he would call back soon to see if anything has changed. About an half an hour later, he called and I told him how swollen I still was and he told me to come back to the office immediately. I arrived around 8pm and no one was there besides Dr. Greenwald. He examined my breast and told me I was bleeding internally, but that I should not be concerned because he could stop it and everything would be back to normal. Shortly after, his team arrived and I went into surgery again. When I got out, he assured me everything was fixed and that my breast looked great. The way he handled the situation and took my case as his first priority, truly made me feel safe and cared after. He made sure I was feeling okay before I left back home, and continued calling daily to make sure I was okay. This is what I call great bedside manner!
1st Day Post Op: The throbbing pain from the bleeding stopped, but I was veryyyy sore. I felt the immense pressure on my chest, difficulty getting around, and discomfort. I spend most of the day taking medications and sleeping. Everything was hard to do, whether it was using the restroom, or eating. Luckily, I had my fiance take care of me the entire time, otherwise I don't know what I would've done alone. The pain medications were the only thing keeping me sane and sleeping wasn't easy. I got up multiple times during the night, either because of pain or the uncomfortable position and inclination I was in. At this point, I had the bandage on the upper part of my breasts, and honestly that caused SO much pain. It was very tight, and all the pressure made my back and chest extremely sore. I was basically drugged up all day.
2nd Day Post Op: Overall, I felt somewhat better, I was able to eat a little more but moving and walking was almost impossible. I still couldn't do anything by myself, and completely relied on my fiance to get around. Dr.Greenwald said it was okay to remove my band over the top of my breasts but I had to keep the surgical bra on. This took SOO much pressure off my chest and helped some pain go away. Tmi but constipation with pain meds is a real issue. I took all the precautions of eating foods with high fiber, gallons of water, and avoided dairy food and nothing helped. I was becoming so bloated, I looked like I was 3 months pregnant! The feeling was so uncomfortable and it made me have very little appetite. I ended up buying Metamucil and a laxative, but nothing helped until the following day.
3rd Day Post Op: I was finally feeling myself a little. Getting up from bed was becoming slightly easier, and I was able to sleep better the night before. I continued taking my pain medications as prescribed, along with muscle relaxers and antibiotics. I was able to use the bathroom today, and I never knew it would be such a relief!! I also went out for a small 15 minute walk, but I walked very slowly and took my time to make sure I didn't over work myself. I noticed how tired I became, but that was normal and I took a nap afterwards. Also I started to have bigger meals and I got to take a shower. Although I was allowed to wet my incisions, I decided to not take off my bandages yet and my fiance helped me wash my hair.
4th Day Post Op: Every morning, it's painful to get up and start the day.. Because Dr. Greenwald is leaving for the holidays, we had an post op appointment today. He was happy with how I'm recovering so far, and said everything looked great. He also showed me how to massage my breasts. I'm feeling much better but there's still some soreness on my breast and of course they are swollen as well. Of course, this is all normal and I'm just excited to see my breast change over time and heal! :)
