Alastin TransFORM Body - Hands Down Best Product

As someone who has worked in the beauty industry for 7 years, I’ve had access to the top medical grade skin care brands, and I can hands down say that the Alastin TransFORM Body Treatment is the best skin tightening/firming topical treatment available.
I breastfed for over 2.5 years and had drastic changes in the my breast tissue — mostly laxity or feeling “stretched out and saggy”, loss of fullness, and size asymmetry.
While I was thankful for the ability to breastfeed, I was sorely disappointed in the new way my body looked because of it. I couldn’t fill out my bras and had several friends comment on how different my chest appeared in clothing. I tried different firming lotions and oils all to no avail.
About a year after my breastfeeding days were over (and I felt all hope was lost for my breasts), I had a friend raving about Alastin TransFORM Body Treatment. I asked my husband and he said he also noticed a big difference (when do guys ever notice a difference?!)
I’ve now used the product for a year — twice daily — and feel so confident in the way my body looks with the continued use of TransFORM. You can see for yourself in my before and after photos — taken about 6 months apart. I didn’t change anything else in my routine aside from adding TransFORM. Do you have to be well exfoliated for it to work? (I use self tanner so only exfoliate the days I'm reapplying)

You probably got your answer already but for anyone that comes across this thread late in the game, products work best without a layer of something else sandwiched between it and skin. For the price, I’d prioritize the skin care. If I was reading the product’s directions and order of application, I’d treat the self tanner like a lotion and go off of that. I’m not an esthetician or anything though.
