Cancelled my surgery two weeks before the date without explaining exactly why

I scheduled and missed his preop call due to taking a final test and called back as soon as I left the building to be told he reviewed my case again and he wasnt able to help me. I wanted to just touch base again on the surgical plan again after not speaking from when I had my consult to feel comfortable with the plan. I emailed him and his team the next business day to ask why he couldn't operate on me when I've had the consultation, paid the deposit and booked a hotel but never received an email back explaining why. I signed all the paperwork and did extensive research and was looking forward to the surgery for months to be informed that everything was cancelled. Just for future people to be aware that this could happen to you too. I was going to get an alarplasty and tip plasty, and attached photos for reference.

It has been a pleasure talking to you. As you know I called you back myself and explained that in my humble opinion you are not ready for this surgery and will not be happy with the outcome. You are already unhappy as your review shows and I have not even operated on you. I had indicated that I might revisit your case in the future. However, in the light of your review I am not sure I will be able to help you. The reason I have such good results is because I like to work with my patients as a team. You did not show me the respect of accepting my opinion or reaching out privately. If I did not care I would not have taken the time to write this long reply. I deeply care about my patients and will do anything for them. For any potential patients, 'I look forward to giving you the best possible care and I will also guide you if IMHO you should not undergo surgery. I think of my patients' welfare both physical and mental and not just grab money from any one who approaches our practice.'
