Client profile:
I've been fit and healthy( within 10lbs of my goal look) for the last 10 years but I know me and I was not going to eat well enough in order to have the abs that I want.
Set and Setting:
I found out about air sculpt, had the in-person consult on January 3rd, and had the procedure done on January 10th. This seemed very quick at I have never had any other surgery done in my life and that includes fillers or Botox lasers or anything. However, I felt comfortable and had done enough research on this to move forward.
Surgery:
? The Surgery, though not painful, was uncomfortable. I was not on my phone or talking to anyone as they show in the commercial. Instead, I was sucking away on the laughing gas to get as close to a dream-like state as possible because my tolerance for any pain or discomfort is around 4/10 (David Goggins would not be impressed). Dr. Moyshedi was professional and efficient before and during surgery. The two nurses I had on the day of the surgery felt like my guardian angels - I could hear them throughout the process saying encouraging words to me and how much I was going to love it which, though I was loopy on Xanax and laughing gas( these are the meds that are provided to you for the surgery), felt comforting.
Recovery:
I don't remember leaving the office, being driven home, or any of that. I do remember taking one 800mg dose of ibuprofen when I arrived home and that is the ONLY TIME throughout this whole healing process I've felt any pain whatsoever. Moving around and sleeping for the first 3 days was uncomfortable but I am SO impressed that there has not been any pain in the recovery portion of this.

My stomach is looking flat and I feel fantastic.
I am starting to take the foam piece out when I go out for events, dinners, etc but I can see a small amount of rippling or "texture" on my stomach so I wear the foam whenever I am at home and sleeping. I will likely do this for a few more weeks just to be safe. There is still some swelling at the base of my stomach where the V cut is which I imagine will dissipate over time.
I've started my morning vitamins and fish oil routine again and am still VERY happy to have done this procedure.

Lucy, Hi! Thank you for your review, how is the swelling now? Is there still any rippling?

Swelling had dissipated however I realize that because I didn't include or pay for air sculpt of the pubic area there is still some lingering, untouched fatty pockets.
Rippling is slight but there so I'm doing hot yoga to help this.

Hi. Did the rippling go away or do you still have rippling on your abdomen? Are you still satisfied with your results?

Thanks for sharing - any updates with photos? uneven fat areas? How about your waist are you happy with the results of those. I have a similar body - but when i was younger my waist was 24 inches- now it's much much bigger
