Eight month post op. Rear is flat at the bottom and has dents everywhere.
I wore the faja religiously, used boards& foams. Got massages, ate well and waited for the fluff.
The fluff never came. $16000 for a flat ass!

Where's the Fluff

I am five months post op. At this stage, we hear in our Lipo community this is when the "fluffing" begins.
Where is it? The photo I posted the day of the surgery was the results I wanted to maintain. I am aware that the body absorbs 30% or more of the injected fat, however; I have about fifty percent left. It is so disappointing.
The upper buttock is round and full ,the bottom is flat. :(

Two weeks post op
I tell you, one has to keep a positive mind set. The surgery isn’t the issue, it’s the recovery process that’s daunting to you emotionally and psychologically. I am swollen in the front back hips thighs feet arms, I look like a swollen Michelin tire man

Hello I’ve been looking into Air sculpt I was just curious at what you had done since it’s by specific area. Also how are you feeling with your results now since I’m sure most of the swelling has subsided.

I had lipo 360 w/ fat transfer to the buttocks. I am not going to lie, the first two weeks, I was in pain. I still encounter swelling in the flanks once in a while. I use my faja everyday but no longer use it at night.
I am somewhat pleased w/ my results. The upper buttocks are full but the bottom is flat. :(
