I’m so happy I did the procedure it really kick started a whole new me diet wise and overall weight loss. I do still have a pocket of fat around my belly button that drives me crazy but it’s been there my whole life so I’ll just get used to it. If you are on the fence as long as you have realistic expectations I think you will be happy!

This procedure has really jumpstarted healthier eating habits. I also started lymphatic drainage massages this week which was painful but so great after. Feeling good about my results paired with diet and exercise. I haven’t been as good about my faja as I want to be but I try to wear it at night when sleeping.
