10 weeks later
I'm still super happy with the outcome of my procedure and have recovered really well. I don't have any lumpiness that I notice and my scars have started to heal. The ones on my elbows are super small and light and the others still have pink or dark marks so I have been wearing silicone sheets pretty religiously. I do have tightness in my abdomen that feels like scar tissue forming. I continue to stretch and do yoga to ensure that breaks up and I don't lose mobility permanently. Measurements have stayed the same since I last measured and my weight continues to be in the low end of my usual range. I also just feel better in my skin and have way more confidence, which is a great feeling after not loving my body for a long time.
4 weeks later
Here is a general update, with information ranging from my experience from the 2-4 week marks.
I traveled at 2.5 weeks and still had soreness and bruising but overall felt fine without compression and didn't notice much swelling due to air travel. Bruising is pretty much gone at the now 4 week mark but my arms are still pretty tender near the elbow. I have regained most feeling in my stomach. I have 13 total incision sites and all but 2 are basically closed with small scabs or scabs that already fell off--you'd hardly notice them. I have two incisions (one near armpit and other by rib cage on the same side--my sleeping side) that are pretty deep and big holes, slightly bigger than a pencil eraser, which are just now really scabbing and healing. I was a little worried about those and have a feeling I'll really need to focus on scar prevention there.
I did a 20 minute Peloton class a few days after the two week mark and took it pretty easy. At 3.5 weeks I did a 30 minute Peloton class and was back to my usual output range, albeit at the absolute bottom of it. I also did a 30 minute yoga class, which was really helpful. During that class, I noticed that my muscles and skin in treated areas was super tight--kinda like scar tissue forming with the skin reattaching. Stretching it out helped immediately and I think I need to keep this up for a few more weeks.
Measurements, pre vs 4 weeks:
Waist: no change
Belly (biggest part): -2" (at 2 weeks when I had been wearing compression 24/7, I was down 3" so I could be more swollen after no compression for a few weeks)
Hips: -1"
Arms: -1" on each arm
Bra band: no change
I added a new photo from the 4 week mark. I sadly don't have any great photos that show the arm change, but it is super noticeable to have lost an inch on each arm. I added arms closer to the surgery date and am SO glad I did--I joke with my husband they are the breakout star of this whole thing. Jackets and shirts fit better and I much preferred how I looked in photos over the 4th of July holiday than I usually do.

More photos from day 5, including arms
Previous photos didn't show arms as well, so here are a few more. My forearms have started to swell up and bruise and they do continue to leak. It's annoying but when I asked the nurse about it today, she said arms were notorious for leaking longer than other areas. I put waterproof band aids on my back incisions for today's shower (#2) and that allowed me to shower more freely without the stinging. The nurse did say to take them off and use gauze instead so the incisions can breathe.
