Side profile before & after

WORTH IT$10,500
Just to show the side profile results from my rhinoplasty with Dr Epstein, I had a small bump on my profile removed and also the tip slightly rotated upwards and secured using my own cartilage so it does not droop downwards when I smile or laugh. Really love my new profile, Dr Epstein is a wizard in Rhinoplasty!

Your results are so beautiful and natural! My nose is similar to your before pictures. My main thing is the narrowing of the bridge but I am concerned about that causing breathing problems. Has that been an issue for you at all?

Hi. Your result is so beautiful went through with a consultation! One question- You have at the top that this procedure cost you $10,500. Is that in USD? I'm wondering because I got a $13,500 usd quote from this doctor whereas I was expecting something like $10-11k. I have a rather average nose so I wonder what the deal is, did he just raise prices or what. :(
Hey! Thanks so much for your lovely comment. Happy to hear you had a consultation! It was 10,500 USD for me, perhaps he is using a slightly different procedure for your nose hence the price increase? Best to just ask his team. He is not the cheapest surgeon but he is definitely worth his price in my opinion because he has so much experience. I am over 1 year post op and absolutely love my new nose.
How is your nose? I got mine done with Dr Epstein last year and I am looking for a revision. I also had absolutely NO aftercare, not even a email to see how I am getting on.

5 week front view update

All healing is going well. The swelling is slowly reducing but does fluctuate which is normal. I avoid eating excess salt or processed foods which contain high sodium. Drinking plenty of water and taking bromelain, turmeric and quercetin supplements daily as they are all meant to help reduce inflammation.
Scar is barely visible and with a little bit of makeup it wouldn’t be visible at all. Still very happy with my results!

What exactly did you done? Grafts? Bridge narrowed? Extension of nose. Alar base reduction?

Hi! I had my bridge bone narrowed. Bulbous tip reduced/refined and the tip of my nose was rotated up slightly and more structure added using my own nose cartilage. Yes in his Miami office. Dr Epstein is an amazing surgeon, trust me I'm so happy with my results I'm 8 months post op xxx

Profile view update

When I decided to get a rhinoplasty I was only really focused on the changes from the front view, I didn't give the profile view too much thought. But now, I am so happy with the changes made to the profile, just as much as the front view.
Thankfully during our consultation Dr Epstein suggested we should slightly rotate the tip upwards and secure it to make sure it doesn't droop down further when I laugh or smile (it used to) and I'm really glad I trusted his expertise as I love how it came out.
