I have been researching for yrs for perfect Dr for African American rhinoplasty. After extensive research, I narrowed it down to Dr. Ghamvami $12k and Dr Jason Hamilton $9k. I thought both Drs were pricey but it was worth it to have complete satisfaction. Then lo and behold on RealSelf I found someone who wanted to use same 2 Drs. Then in the comments someone suggested Dr. Yappy in the Philippines. Omg. He is amazing. And only charges 2k. I estimated about 5k I would be spending for total trip. Definitely a savings. So happy and thankful for RealSelf. Already spoke with him. Now waiting on passport.

i have to wait til after Dec because I had a baby
Not sure about traveling abroad to save money. Theyre other chicks that have traveled and have gotten botch noses that they regret now. I would suggest checking out their reviews on traveling abroad. Their screen names on here are sparkling26 and soonfullybeauuuuutiful check out their reviews.
I have researched this Dr for yrs. The people who get botched are the people who go to struggling countries such as the DR and Mexico. The Phillipines have very good drs there. I follow this Dr on IG as well as talked to his patients. He is accredited and a very successful dr. I hate when people think USA is the top notch place for plastic surgery. There are thousands of people in the US who have gotten botched jobs. There are a few drs in Miami who have death on their belts. It's not about where you go. It's about the doctor you choose. That's why you must do research even in your own country.
The Philippines are a poor struggle country too dear hahaha. Ill make sure to follow your journey and cant wait to see your results.

Thicky2004- calling any country a "poor struggle country" is very ignorant. Not all places in the US are that great and not all places in "struggle countries" are "struggling" I'm not sure how much you have travelled but based on your comment, I don't feel bad concluding that you haven't travelled much.
DreamDollxx- you are right. I have been to the Phillipines and they have many upper class areas. Congrats on the baby and goodluck on your journey.

I had a baby, so I must wait a few months before I cab schedule any surgeries.
O ok congrats good luck Iam doing research no rush just was looking at dr yappy work he does great work and work with all ethnics and dr Miami usually is good with rhinoplasty
