Before Vs After 2 Weeks Post Op

WORTH IT$9,000
I’ve added some photos that are before and after. Loving my results! I feel good and I can breathe out of both nostrils. Hilinski really saw the vision for my nose and did a phenomenal job. I’ll be seeing him very soon for my one month post op. Please make sure to follow my Instagram to follow my health journey :)

African American Rhinoplasty Job Well Done!

I had my surgery, December 17th! Currently 5 days post-op and 5 more days to go to get my cast taken off. Dr. Hilinski is amazing and I’m super excited to see my results. He was very patient, told me what he would be able to do for me and made sure we were on the same page. He answered every question that I had and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding. He was recommended to me by my ENT surgeon as they have worked together in the pass so that was also a plus for me as I love my ENT (he helped me breathe). Both of them being able to work on my nose solidified that I made the right choice with them both.

When we met pre-op, I had all my wish pics ready to go and he said that it would be doable. I have my cast on but can already tell by looking that he gave me a bridge which was my top priority!

Overall, his job was to build up my bridge, project and define my tip and just give me an overall defined natural contour. I know he delivered!! I’ll post pics of my nose with cast off in 5 days. I will also update my review with feelings I have about my nose.

Finally found a surgeon! DECEMBER 17 2021

After speaking to my ENT and getting a turbinate reduction and nasal polyps removed, he discuses that I also need my deviated septum fixed. Dr. Dugar said my septum wasn’t deviated but my ENT and another cosmetic surgeon disagreed. My ENT said he wouldnt fix my septum if I was going to get cosmetic surgery so that my surgeon can use my cartilage to build my bridge. I agreed! Dr. Dugar wasn’t going to fix my septum anyway so I feel like I made the right choice. Anyway, I am now going to Dr. Hilinski. He will be able to do my bridge, tip, and fix my septum all for $8k. I’ll be back in a few months with pictures. Super excited! I can’t believe this is finally happening. If you look back. This has been a decision ive been trying to make for years!
