How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.

5 Weeks In

I've been told rhinoplasty is a surgery for the patient (as in someone who has patience) and I can see why now. Honestly, I can hardly recognize myself in this photo, and needless to say I'm generally pleased with my results. Sometimes I consider getting a revision done to make my nose longer, taller and thinner but when I actually see myself in a photograph it hits me.

Adjusting (Pics)

My photos didn't upload correctly in my last update so I'm adding them here.

*so I can meet the word requirement*
I'm about 19 days post-op now. I won't lie there were times when I didn't like my nose due to the bridge but it was really just swelling. I no longer use tape since taking it off is too risky. I've heard that some people's nose never goes down back to the size it was when the splint first came off, but here's hoping that my bridge becomes more defined.
