It’s officially been two years since my surgeries with Dr. Lee. I would like to take the time to address certain issues and concerns that I have had since my surgery.

*One thing that I learned in this PS journey is to base results on results and not fresh faces off of the table. My nose has changed so much since I left Korea two years ago. Also, I noticed that I look bomb in Snap filters (which reduced the size of my nose and took away my fine lines making my results appear better than they actually were in person ). So be careful about going off of just a pics alone. PM the person and ask for unfiltered pics. Sorry guys. I couldn’t live without Snap.

*I have decided not to go back to Dr.Lee for a revision. While it’s tempting to pay $1k and be provided with free housing for 2 weeks, if I decide to go for a revision, I want to be happy. So even though I paid 17k, I rather pay whatever it takes to be happy with my features.

*The center of my nose is still hard possibly due to the rib cartilage

* The mid face augmentation has reverted back to my pre-op look. I would skip this procedure as it changes your smile and reduces the size of your lips.

*Nose still swells occasionally

*Still trying to decide if I want a revision

*Overall I look better and I'm more confident in my look. I am about 70% happy with my look.

*You may what to consider fillers to accompany your surgery to complete your look

*Dr.Lee improved my appearance significantly so I give him that! His work just until as great as it appears

*If you had surgery with Dr.Lee and found a revision doctor with great results please DM me

Peace + Light

Absolute stunning results!

One year later I went for revision to him, it only costs 1000 after paying 12 the year eralier.
I was angry, because they didn´t take enorugh care. The rip is too hard, the nose wasn´t symmetric...
Finally I did again a revision in my home country, Germany last week. The surgent recyled the cartilage and put a big piece of rip out!
Here I pay about 5, thats average for Germany!

New Wish Pic (Revision)

Kelz198
Ashley Blaine Featherson is my revision nose goals. Is this realistic? I'm still 50/50 and tentatively scheduled my revision for oct. I plan to show the doctor my wish pic to see if this is even possible. He did mention that I shouldn’t expect a dramatic change. This time he will use ear cartilage. Anyone have rib cartilage for initial rhinoplasty and then have ear cartilage for their revision? What would this look like?

We're lucky anyone post pictures or does reviews on here in the first place. If they feel better blacking out their eyes, so be it. I stopped posting anything because no matter how many pictures I posted or how much detail I gave, people still wanted more pictures. I don't know if it's a cultural thing or people just don't have manners, bit it's annoying.

There's plenty of people who post without blacking out their eyes that you can go follow.

That said, the picture of her and the way I could definitely see you looking like, Kelz. I don't know that I would trust any Doctor Who messed up or didn't give me the proper results the first time to operate on me again. He should have done it right during the first surgery. I also have yet to see a doctor who was given a second chance to get it right. They tend to mess results up even worse. Have you considered another doctor at all?

100%! Agree. With. Every. Word! I too would not consider the same surgeon for a revision.

The pictures are great, and the most detailed I’ve come across! Some of the comments on here are obtuse!

Hi, Kelz198. Actually, you were an inspiration to me. Almost two years ago, after seeing your pics and review here, I chose to fly to S. Korea to have a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Lee. It was the worst decision I could have made. After the surgery, my nose looked such a mess; the clinic said they would do my revision for free. I waited nearly a year and a half for the swelling to go down, but like you, as time passed, my nose just got worse and worse. I ended up with a hanging columella and other complications. Just so you know, I'm not blaming you for how bad my experience was with Dr. Lee. But you were mentioning (in previous posts) how you weren't fully happy with the Dr. Lee's results---I just wanted you to know that I too had a result I was not happy with (although my results looked really bad; to me, yours looked pretty good). Now after having had a revision by a different doctor, I understand that Dr. Lee did a really poor job on my nose. My revision surgery with another doctor went so smoothly, it was like night & day! Very little bleeding and very little slime. And the swelling went down so fast! Just two weeks after my revision surgery my nose looked smaller (and healthier) than it did a year and a half after my primary surgery with Dr. Lee. Can you believe that?!! My nose looks a 100% better now! And no more complications.

Hi, itsme_711 Thank you for your message. One thing that I learned in this PS journey is to make my decision based on results after 1 year vs off of the OR table. I'm so sorry that you had to go through all of this but equally glad that you are happy with your new results. As for me, I haven't decided if I want to get a revision or just stick with the new refined, bigger nose.
February 14, 2020
Yeah, Kelz. I guess it's all a learning experience. I wish you all the best with whatever path you decide to take.

Oh, and let me know if I can help in any way. Xo

Revision or No Revision????

Kelz198
Truth is, I’ve had 3 surgeries in the past two years (2 rounds of lipo with a fat transfer to the boootay) and the procedures with Dr. Lee. I was unhappy with my round 1 bootay and went for round 2 and I’m still unhappy (it’s too big). So it all has me thinking, should I just leave my body alone? I know I said somewhere in this journey that I would love myself, but I keep wanting to change things. So I’m wondering if I should revise this nose or leave alone? Will my nose come out better? Worse? Do I want to go through the Cotten mouth, slimmy nose phase again? Will I have to dodge family questions, or do I cop up to it me bring my mama with me? Will I look like Tamar or One of the Jackson or will Dr. Lee finally Kelly Rowland this nose? I’m scared y’all. The Dr said it wouldn’t be a dramatic change. Just a better profile. I paid 17,000 for my procedure. I’ve spent a pal of almost 30k for all my procedures. I just feel like I should be a head turner. I should look a little better. I was defiantly a 4-5 before. Now I’m a 6?7? I’m shooting for an 8 borderline 9? Am I being unrealistic? Keep it real with me!!!
What do I do? Risk it all or just take my big ass nose and try to find happiness?
Is it that bad????
Thoughts.
More pics!!!
Help!!!!

In the end, it is your life. No one can live it but you. Only you know what is going to make you happy. Unfortunately with plastic surgery everything doesn't always work out the first, second or even third time we do it. I can say this because I've had my nose done three times and my breasts done twice. I'm about to get my nose done for the 4th time and my breasts down for the third time. It's going to be the last on both because I finally found the doctor that is going to give me the results that I want. That said, just remember that spending the most money does not always mean you're going to get the best results. And what you want when you're 20 may not be what you want when you're 30. Feel free to send me a message if you like so we can chat.

Thank you!!!

Hi kelz! I think your body is still adjusting to the procedures that you have made. And based on the photos that you posted recently it looks better. Give it time to heal sis. I also had my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Lee. Barely on my 3rd month
August 30, 2019
Hi Kathryn. Perhaps!!! I'm approaching the 2 year mark in Jan for my rhinoplasty etc with Dr.Lee. I do feel like my nose starts to swell at times and this is unusual. On my good days, I am still not fond of my tip. THe tip of my nose is still hard. I just feel like I shouldn't be dealing with all this 2 years post-op.
August 30, 2019
Did you visit Dr. Lee for post op consultation? They said that it's a must if you reached a 1 year mark or so. But does your smile changed after the rhinoplasty? I'm asking this because I still feel stiff on my upper lip. And I couldn't smile like I used to before.
August 30, 2019
I plan on visiting for post-op consultation next month. My smile has changed. When I was uglier, my smile looked better. I plan on getting my teeth done as well.
August 30, 2019
Yeah you should get a post consultation with Dr. Lee so he could evaluate the swelling fluctuations you still experiencing up to now. I love my smile before too. Some patients able to open their mouth earlier than I expected. I guess it varies on each individual.
August 30, 2019
Goodluck and take care. I hope everything goes well and figure things out once you do your post consultation. And oh btw during my stay there I saw one lady too who did her tip again for 2nd time around. She also had her primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Lee. Please update once you go. Be safe and feel better sis
August 30, 2019
Thank you!!! Good luck with everything as well. Do you know how the other girl's nose looked after her round 2? Was it better, the same, or worst?
August 30, 2019
I didn’t get a chance to see her after look since she still had her cast by the time I saw her. We had a small talk that day before I left korea.

Your nose looks excellent on your face. Bravo
