I didn’t do a ton of research prior to committing to a doctor, but I really lucked out! Found Dr. J here on RealSelf. He was both affordable and seemed to have a lot of experience with AA noses. I got an alarplasty and tiplasty with Dr. Janjua in April 2018. Relatively painless and I was back to work within a week. I’m happy with the results - and I know there’s still some swelling present. Would recommend.

Wooow!! This is absolutely amazing!! You’ve confirmed my choice, your nose is exactly what I want! Do you have any upwards facing pictures of your nose after to see the shape of your nostrils? How many hours did it take/healing pictures? You loook great!
Thanks so much! I’ll add some pics of below. It took less than two hours I think (I was in Lala land, I don’t remember) and I have healing pics but they are pretty lame
