6 weeks

Woohoo! They’re finally looking like something lol! I just came back from a Vegas Memorial Day weekend. I was able to wear anything I wanted to. It felt great to be able to not feel so self conscious about my body.
Ok ladies so the reason why my boobs looked the way the way the did last week is because I wasn’t moisturizing and not letting my wounds breathe. Let them thangs breathe!
Moisturize! Moisturize! Moisturize!
You WILL see a difference.
I’m still applying Neosporin once a day around my nipples. I’m also using my scar gels twice a day.

Ladies I’m done with the surgical bra!
I hated wearing that bra. I’ve been buying a bunch of bralette during this time. Now that I’m letting my wounds breath, they’re starting to heal better and faster. Just last week, I was thinking it was the end of the world! Which is perfectly fine. My body is changing so my mind is just finally catching up. I’m using neosporin on my wounds and covering them up with a simple band aide. I’m getting my color back on my left aerola. My small would connecting my aerola and line going down my breast on the right is healing up great. So far so good! I think I’m still going to be weeks away from wearing a normal bra. So far so good!

Finally just took the strips off

I called my doctors office and the ladies said take my strips off! They should of fallen off two weeks ago. I guess I got the strongest ones known to man kind lol! The incisions are healing great. My doc did say I would go through a Frankenstein phrase. I’m definitely here.
When I took my strips off, I notice on my left boob my incision wasn’t closed yet. On my right boob, there was a small piece of skin off. Also the small piece of my incision under the right boob was out too. So I decided to put my own Scar Away strips on the remaining incisions that are open.
I’m very happy with the incisions going down my breasts. They were finely made! I’m still going to continue putting my scar creams on them too.
