Breast Augumentation, Lift and Pocket Adjustment - Orem, UT

I've had an amazing experience with Dr. Crofts and his staff. After breastfeeding 2 kids, and left with 80 yr old lady boobs, I got a much needed breast augmentation and lift in February 2014. He did exactly what I wanted him to do (size wise- i wanted to stay small) and thoroughly explained the procedure and risks/complications and the maintenance required better than any other doctor had. Note that I went to 3 different surgeons for consultation. Everything was smooth in the surgery and recovery.. but I ended up in the unlucky 10% that needed a pocket adjustment after surgery as my pockets were asymmetrical. This was not Dr. crofts fault.. it just happens in 10% of cases . After healing and realizing that my pockets were asymmetrical, I went back to Dr. Crofts office (June 2014). I was pretty upset about my situation, and he was very patient and compassionate with me. He didn't make me feel stupid, and he nicely explained that this happens 10% of the time, and they booked me for a 2nd surgery 2 weeks later. I only had to pay the surgery center costs for the 2nd surgery, as Dr. Crofts time was free to fix it. I also decided that I actually wanted to go bigger the second time around, so rather than just a pocket adjustment which would only be an hour of Dr. Crofts time, he did a complete re-augmentation and created new pockets for me which took closer to 3 hrs, and he didn't charge me for his time. He really wanted to make me happy, and I am! My breasts are beautiful. He did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier. I'm really glad I chose Dr. Crofts, as he is very personable and not intimidating like many other surgeons are. He really listens to you and wants to make you happy with your body. I highly recommend him and his amazing staff! My only advice to patients would be to let the surgeon pick your implant size. Implants look ALOT smaller when put under the muscle. The surgeon is going to be able to pick the best size for your body. The 2nd time around I just told Dr. Crofts to pick my size and he picked a 450CC and 475CC to even me out. It sounded HUGE to me (I picked the 300'ccs the first time), but it really looks amazing, proportionate to my body and looks great in anything from a t-shirt, bikini to naked. So Happy!
