My Second Breast Reduction with an Implant (1,500)... Additional for Implant - Miami, FL

Dr. Moises Salama did my breast reduction and implant. My procedure was awesome and everything I imagined. My breast where a 38DDD and he brought me down to a large C cup. I wanted the implant because after having a reduction 15 years ago, I know that the breast, although smaller, would still have a U shape. I wanted the fullness and perkiness that the implants give. He put in a silicone implant under my muscle, giving me a natural full shape. Now in terms of pain, it was intense. I vomited wildly after surgery, when I got back to my hotel, and couldn't keep food down, preventing me from taking the pain medicine. I had to deal with excruciating pain straight up, no chaser. I felt like I was dying. The next night was a little better, but the percoset pain medicine made me itch, so Dr. Salama prescribed Norco which worked. It is day 5 and I feel a thousand times better. I took a shower by myself yesterday and even went to the casino. I am staying at the Hampton Inn which is very close to both the surgery facility and his office. My partner came with me and is caring for me, which is a must. I would have died trying to do this by myself. My breast looks great, side cleavage nice and full. I am really excited with the results. I already feel my sensation coming back around the nipple area, which I am happy about. I was apprehensive about putting implants in my body, but it isn't bad. It hurts when they swell up, so It's imperative to keep the sports bras on all the time. It feels like milk producing after you have a baby and the breast becomes engorged. It hurts. But, NO PAIN NO GAIN is my motto. I know from having a prior breast reduction that your breast grow over time, so this time I am going to diligently watch what I eat and exercise. I want some Lipo around my stomach and back, but I have to heal and get past this pain. Dr. Salama was so accommodating and so is his lovely staff. I felt safe and really recommend him for any procedure. This guy is talented and takes pride in his work. He is famous for Brazillian Butt lifts, so I didn't know if he could give me what I was looking for with my breast, but after seeing my friend's brazillian, I just knew he could hook my breast up. I know good work when I see it. I was RIGHT!!!!! I am currently working on my fifth novel as I recover..(shameless plug out of nowhere) lol ..google Mack Mama.
