Three Weeks Post -op

So I am a little over 3 weeks post op. My pain is minimal, not taking anything. My rock hard butt is now starting to soften. My swelling has home down considerably. I am missing my swollen hips. I had a large frame so told Dr. Salama to go all out. He did! 1700 on each side, buttocks and hips. My butt is holding the fat, my hips are smaller . Probably just swelling going down . I hear I will not know what I look like for 6 months, what's mine to keep , lol. I am grateful to Dr.Salama. I am just praying I am left with hips after the re-absorbtion. I do not want to go through this again.
