38C, downward pointing nipples and lacking volume. I feel like an old lady! I have no children I shouldn't have breasts like this!!
I gained 50lbs in about 18 months which caused me to go from a 34B to a 38C. My areola have always been half dollar sized and I'm hoping to have them reduced as well as positioned higher than they currently sit with a lollipop lift. I want 300cc partial under the muscle, moderate profile round smoothe implants to fill out my chest. I want a fuller size rather than bigger, so I wouldn't want to go any bigger than a 300cc implant as I have a wide-ish ribcage AND a short torso lol. Anything bigger than a full C and I could and would easily look too big. Bottom heavy & perky teardrop is the look I want to achieve.
I have a wide rib cage. I am hoping that the gap (I call it a gap because your breasts actually have to have volume and the ability to touch to qualify as cleavage lol) between my breasts without bra support is 3.5 fingers. I'm hoping with a lift and with the help of implants I can get that to 2 fingers without bra support (realistically). I'm definitely afraid of that deadbolt/softballs on the chest look because of my ribcage but I have soooo much faith in the PS I've chosen!
I've been working out with a personal trainer and on a strict diet, my goal is to be back to my original size of 130lbs by the time I have the surgery. I gained weight after a bad mental health episode but that's something I can and am fixing on my own. My breasts though, even when I was thin and athletic, have always sagged and been "deflated." As a 34B cup I never filled out my bra on top, but spilled out of A cups. As a 38C cup I don't fill my cups entirely up top but spill out of B cups. I can't change that on my own. So I decided after wanting this for 5+ years that I'll be getting fresh perky new breasts for my birthday!
I'll occasionally update these next few months to post about my weight loss, then to document the surgery. Thx everyone!

How exciting!!! I'm a month after you with Salama also. Please keep us updated. Did you have a consultation with him? I was there this week, well Wednesday, flew in from Texas and I let him decide what would look good on me. I have no idea about boobies, lol. He was showing me the difference between the high profile and some other ones. I chose the high ones because that's what he said would look good. I'm the same stats as you also. He's gotta do a revision tummy tuck on me due to another dr not doing the 1st one right. I trust Salama 110%. You're in good hands. I couldn't do an in person consultation with him but I read others reviews and a lot of ppl had online consultations with him and they all have superb results! He really is good at quick replies and answered alllllll of my questions, like 25-30+ LONG questions lol. I'm so impatient and excited! :) good luck with your surgery too girl
I am going in July for breast lifts with implants. Just not sure on how many days I should stay. How long do you plan to stay at Fort Laudedale?
