I'm on Day 3 post op and recovering slowly. Dr Salama was wonderful. I received 1000ccs in each cheek. He took fat from my abs, flanks, bra roll , legs &arm (I didn't have enough fat I other areas so he has to go to my arms and legs). The legs and arms are the most painful. I go for my 1st massage tomorrow and I'm dreading it. I've read so many of Dr. Salama's patient reviews and thanks to everyone! They have been so helpful!!

Post Op day 6
Persistence102July 28, 2016
Day 6... I'm doing a lot better. I'm still very sore. I went for my 2nd massage today and it was just as challenging as the 1st for me. I do have a low pain tolerance and never had children. I felt better afterwards. I can't stress enough, drink plenty of water, Gatorade, pineapple. Use the arnica gel, the bromelain pills, the staphsagria pills, ensure protein shakes, green shakes, and walk and stretch. I was able to Goto the mall on post op day 3 and walk around for a while. I also went out and ate at restaraunts; standing at the bar. Didn't care about the looks, I don't know anyone here. Good luck to everyone! Dr. Salama is the MAN!!

You look awesome..I am scheduled for a revision in a couple months, how is the recovery so far compared to the first one?
July 29, 2016
Thank you. This one is worse because Dr Salama went aggressive with my Lipo and he lipo'd my arms and Legs in addition to my torso and back. The first one was done under local so the Lipo wasn't as aggressive. This one is kicking my butt, but it gets better day by day. If you follow his after care plan you'll be fine.
Also, I reviewed a lumphanic drainage massage 2 weeks prior and also took a hot bath with 1 cup of baking soda and 1 cup of kosher salt each night up to 2 nights before my surgery. My massage therapist recommended this to get my body ready and for it to release toxins prior to surgery. I also did the massages myself each day prior to surgery.

Butt in or Out Compression Garment
Persistence102August 5, 2016
I'm 13 days Post Op and making good progress. I was told by the staff that I can change into my butt in garment on day 14. I tried it on tonight after I took a shower and was washing my butt out and the butt in seems extremely tight in my buttock. My lipo'd areas feel really good, but I'm concerned about the pressure on my buttocks. Will anyone share their experiences with the compression garment? I'm going to call Dr Salama's office tomorrow to speak with Naomi. The pictures are post op day 7. I will post recent ones over the weekend.

Omg u look sooooo great. Just makes me more and more ready for my round 2 with Salama. Was ur waist already that small after round 1?
August 5, 2016
Thank you so much! Yes, my waist was small but Dr Salama made it smaller.

Do you mind which garment have you used and prefer? The butt in or butt out after 2 weeks
August 5, 2016
You look great hun I think I saw you while I was there too I was with my husband at the office when you came for your massage. He hooked you up
August 5, 2016
Thank you! Which garments do you prefer? The butt in or out? I have both and was told I can change to butt in at 2 weeks, but it's super tight on my butt.
August 5, 2016
You look great. I would do butt out that's what I have and what they give you right after surgery I believe for a reason But you should ask dr
August 6, 2016
Thank you and thanks for the feedback!! I will wear the butt out as long as i can. It's going to be a bit uncomfortable once o go back to work:
August 6, 2016
I had butt in when I got mines done but that was in 2012 I don't know which one best now
August 6, 2016
okay.. Thank you. He's providing butt out when patients leave his office. I purchased a butt in and was told by the nurse I could wear it after 2 weeks, but that Dr Salamas prefer butt in. The butt in is def. more comfortable and provides compression/support, but it's very tight on m butt.
August 6, 2016
Ughh I don't know. Is the butt part stretchy? I think my butt in cause me to get dents in my butt that I'm going for a round 2 to fix. A least I think that's what cause it don't know for sure
August 6, 2016
Okay. Thanks for your feedback. I weighed 114 pounds before surgery. My height is almost 5 even. Ill have to try and find my before pics if I haven't deleted them.
