After having two babies and breastfeeding for over two years combined my boobies were in need of a little loving. I have always wanted breast implants but since I am now done having children and nursing I decided to go for it! I'm currently two days post opp and even though I'm still in a fairly significant amount of pain I think I will be over all very happy with my results. I had silicone implants placed under the muscle and my doctor went in through my armpits. I have 375 on the left and 400 on the right (never even realized I was a little lopsided)

How does everything look now? I have my surgery with him in August and am super nervous!

Congrats! I loved his office, they took great care of me.
Overall I'm really happy with my results. I was a 36C before kids and after nursing was about a 36B. I was recently fitted at Victoria's Secret as a 36 DD. Recovery was rough those first few days but I was back to normal within a week. They look full, perky and bouncy now. If I could go back in time I would have gone just a little bit bigger (maybe a 450 instead of 400) but I'm still super happy with my results. Before surgery I asked him to do what he thought was best for my body and best for long term and that was the size he chose for me. My scarring looks muc better too, it's only been 4 months so I'm still pretty red but the scar is flat so I'm happy with that.
Overall I think Dr McFadden and his team are fantastic and if I had to do it again tomorrow I would in a heartbeat, one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself!!

Congratulations! Glad you could give yourself a little extra love after having two children. ;) Most women have some sort of asymmetry but it's nice your doctor addressed this. Feel free to join the March 2016 breast augmentation surgery forum for some post op support!
