All booked in and it's 5 days until my surgery!
After breastfeeding two kids, I had a boob job two years ago to fill in the sagginess. I went 335cc High Profile, under muscle. But it didn't give me any upper pole. So no cleavage except with push up bras. Goinc back to get the desired affect, no more push up bras!!
Decided to go for a larger implant (diameter)
and Ultra High Profile so I have the upper pole that I want. I just want to wear strappy tops and dresses without having to wear a bra and still have them sitting up nicely.
My first surgery two years ago went really well and I recovered fast. I'm not sure how my body will go this time with a much larger implant, but hoping for a good recovery again.
Here are some before photos...

Hi all,
Surgery went really well yesterday. I was the second person to go in and the previous person took longer than anticipated, so waiting around made me a little nervous. The doctor and nurses were great and kept checking on me though. I was booked in for 9.30am but didn't go in until 12.30pm. I was starving!! Haha!!
All went smoothly with the general anaesthetic and I was out within seconds and woke up really well, with no soreness. The only soreness I have is where the incisions are but it's pretty mild. (The panadol/codeine drugs must be working well).
I'm happy with the shape and size but I also think I could have gone bigger (yes boob greed they call it) :)
Here are my post op photos day 1 after surgery.

All went well with the stitches removal. It hurt a little but it was over quickly.
I'm happy with the fullness my new boobs give me and my cleavage in tops.
I still think I could have got away with a bigger implant though! Boob greed is real!!!
