4 weeks and counting

I still have a feeling on numbness sort of, hard to explain when I touch my flanks but other than that I feel back to normal. I should take a photo side on but they took those so I'll post them when I go back on October. Here's some advise if you go to a clinic and they want to do your next treatment within 3 months don't do it, you would just be refreezing the fat cells that were previously frozen and the body hasn't eliminated yet (a few people I know have gone to other clinics and they have had another treatment in a month) - what a waste of money!
I feel like there has been a change but I don't think the photos are showing a change. Well as they said it takes 3 months for the body to fully eliminate the cells so I'll be checking it out then will be having the second treatment, the fat in my belly is rather fibrous so it's not going to do much with one treatment I don't think but we''ll see.
Measurements are currently
Waist: 100cm
Hips: 116cm
Abdomen: 109cm
Under Belly Button: 110cm
Under Breast: 98cm
Breast: 113cm
Over Breast: 108cm
Upper Thigh Left: 67
Upper Thigh Right: 67
Well there's a couple of cm's in different for the better.

3 week update

In the first two weeks I was really tender and sore still which I understand those areas would be if they had trauma as such. I did have some pain, kind of like extreme pins and needles a few times and over 2 nights it woke me up so I just took some panadol and that sorted it out. I still have numbness in my flanks and bra fat areas not uncomfortable numb, I just notice it if things brush past or I run my hands over the areas.

It's been 3 weeks since my treatment and I think I'm noticing changes but I'll do some measurements and new photos next week cause that's when they said it should start changing.

46 Yrs Old Turned to Coolsculpting to Avoid Downtime - Busy Life

I exercise 5x a week dancing and I walk everyday to ensure I get 12,000 steps and over. I eat healthy and I can't budge the weight - although there have been a few things I have modified in my diet to help - like cutting down on sugar.
You can only read so many reviews before you think I either do this or I don't so I went with screw it I'm doing this, so I did a few things before to see if I get anything out of it. I did a dexa body scan to calculate the % body fat - this was just for my interested really and I measured myself with tape measure

So I arrived at the Clinic at 9am in the morning and left at about 3:30pm, the consultation with the nurse was very informative although I wasn't sure I needed it because I had researched it, but I was interested to see what she thought I needed and pretty much agreed with my on what I thought. I was going to do my arms but ended up leaving them out because there was a fair bit of fibrous fat and it doesn't work so well for that - so other exercise will have to be done for them.
We did my lower abdomen (also fairly fibrous fat so we'll see but she did say I would definitely need more than one treatment for that area), flanks (love handles), upper back fat (bra fat) and my inner thighs (oh to be free of chaffing).
Lower Abdomen & Flanks used the big head so all up that classed as 6 areas with the Upper back fact and inner thighs using the small head so that was 4 areas - all up 10 areas which was bundled up in a package for $5000.00
I was on a hospital gurney, a skinny one so it wasn't overly comfortable, bit hard but I could deal with that. When the suction first starts it's slightly uncomfortable but the one spot I felt it the most was the upper back fat that was a bit uncomfortable - even though I fell asleep.
Afterwards the massage wasn't so bad it was like a bad case of pins and needles that eased, the most uncomfortable spot again for the massage was the upper back fat, a rather sensitive area really.
Didn't even feel it on my tummy or thighs. The areas were cold for a while and I was covered in the gel - not that nice.
After the treatments were done my flanks and upper back were quiet tender and a little bruised but nothing that I couldn't deal with
